So far so good. The doctor that did my eyes was very beautiful (bonus), knew what she was doing, and did an amazing job at doing what she loves to do. All in all I'd definitely recommend giving her a raise to keep her. The other workers were also just as good at their jobs and very professional in my opinion. Thanks for everything guys.

Friendly & knowledgeable staff. I scheduled after my SIL received such great care. A special shout out & thank you to Dr. Thenappan! In all honestly, I was very nervous right before & during my procedure but Dr. T talks you through the whole thing. I was so appreciative of her and only regret not getting LASIK done sooner.

Toledo Lasik is amazing! The people are very friendly the office is very clean too. I was little nervous about having Lasik done. I was very shocked at the results after I woke up from my nap that they tell you to take. I had no pain and didn't have the feeling like I had something in my eye. I have been very obsessive about putting the drops in my eyes every 3 hours a long with the Refresh eye drops that they give. At my follow up appointment the next morning they said my eyes and vision were good for being post op. I would recommend having Lasik done with this office. I wish I would not have waited to have Lasik, I wore glasses/contacts since I was 16. I'm in my late forties now. Thank you Toledo Lasik for an amazing experience!!

Words cannot express how amazing I think Toledo Lasik is. ALL my friends have had laser eye surgery and I was excited when it was my turn. Sherri, Ray, and Tim are the nicest individuals, however what I want to say is I appreciate their professionalism and INTEGRITY! They refused to do my surgery because unfortunately their doctors determined I was not a candidate for laser eye surgery. I greatly appreciate that this is an office that puts their patients first above anything else. I can tell they want their patients to have a great outcome. Ill continue referring everyone as I know these doctors are the best and even involved in research. Thank you to the amazing staff and doctor team!

My experience here wasn't the best but did hear my concerns after my procedure and followed up with me to know how they can improve. Staff are nice but I told them I was having severe anxiety and they kept trying to take me back to the OR when the medication they give before wasn't working. Then instead of giving me more they had me sit there longer and took me back to have the same experience happen again where I couldn't get the procedure done because I was still having severe anxiety. Took them 2x before they realized I wasn't lying and needed more medication to help the anxiety before I could get the procedure. Updating my review as I actually called and they were very considerate of the issues I had. Please keep in mind some patients may have certain needs specific to their health conditions. I will say I'm one of the patients who was more nervous than anyone else getting a procedure that day which probably didn't help my experience. Overall, I recommend this place to others.
