Went to pick up an order of glasses at 3:30 pm and found the store closed. Online says they close on Sundays at 5pm and so does their cards at the desk.

I missed a few appointments because at the time my mom was going through some medical issuesLAST YEAR. I'm very disturbed at the fact that I called and tried to make an appointment and was told they can't see me anymore because I missed too many appointments. That's not cool because it's a whole new year and word of mouth advertising is what I'm gonna exercise. I like the doctor so I made an appointment at the Hollander office. What I think it is is I had a disagreement with one of their so called upscale workers named Shawna who was very very rude to me. I would recommend anyone to not go to that Walmart on Glendale.

Came into the store to drop off a pair of glasses to be filled for my daughter. The store associate (optician) Krina told me it would be a long wait, and continued to help 2 other people.(after she seen not only myself but other ppl who just needed to check out standing there). I stood at the register for over 20 minutes. I came into the store at 10:10a and I am writing this at 10:40a still have not been helped. This is very unprofessional and a quick way to lose potential customers.

Awful. Go anywhere else but here. They are so unorganized running around misplacing papers and no communication between the workers. Tons of customers just sitting in the waiting room when the vision test only takes 2 minutes to do. They accuse everyone of being late and of not having insurance but everyone is on time and everyone's saying they come here all the time and never had a problem before with insurance. This place is rude and unorganized. There are many other places better than here. They're unwilling to help and just like to point fingers at each other and at customers.

Very rude staff, the Dr was nice and knew what he was doing, I actually feel sorry for him working their. The phone are NEVER answered. I called multiple times for multiple days just to set up an appt.
Then I had to call multiple times for over a week before someone answered to see if my glasses were in. When my glasses were in I went to pick them up and literally stood at their front desk ringing the buzzer for help for over 25 minutes just to get a very rude staff member get them for me. I've never seen such poor customer service at an eye doctor before.
