Their Dayton call answering service is atrocious. You can't connect to ask the most basic questions (eg appointments). They simply let the call ring and eventually hang up.

I has less than a bad experience there. 3 surgeries, 3 different surgeons. I went for a second opinion in Cincinnati and was told I need some laser work done before I end up with another retina detachment. I called CVP to get an appointment Monday, called again Tuesday and was told they would call me, it is now Friday and I have never received a call. Don't let these people mess with your vision, I learned the hard way. I would not recommend them to anyone that treasures their vision.
