This is the worst medical experience I have ever endured including my time in U. S. Army. The appointment staff purposely delayed my appointment because I was on Medicare, it doesn't pay as well. In January of 2023 I was delayed from getting a cataract removed because their so called scheduler who they fired, deliberately delayed my appointment. I was blind in my left eye but I had to drive to work every morning in the dark. They did not care they were worried more about payment..Finally after 12 phone calls I got an appointment. When I asked an attending female healthcare worker why, she started yelling at me. They knew they would have a lawsuit on their hands if I knew the truth. So, I asked one of Doctors why, he said he wouldn't talk about it and told me to be quite while he was working.. I went to Sidney to get the cataract removed by the surgeon who retired, once again I was yelled at by a female healthcare surgery nurse who actually did nothing but put me in a line for eye surgery because I didn't want a painkiller. She yelled "it won't save you any money." The staff could care less and the Doctors were afraid I would sue them.. The surgeon did remove my cataract in my left eye so I could see to drive. My family lawyer advised me to sue. The rudeness of the staff and Doctors can't be understated. Their egos are more important than the patients. Hopefully, in the future they will improve but without patients they don't have a job. Please don't take any young or vulnerable people there. Dr. Ward and his team are exceptionally professional and caring.

I was impressed from the time I entered the facility. Every step from the receptionist to the people who did the testing to the visit with the doctor was well planned and efficient. Questions were answered with a smile. Dr. Ward made you feel comfortable and answered my questions and explained my condition and treatment thoroughly. He's the best.

Without question, top-notch professionals across the practice. Cordial, intelligent, and professional during all parts of the visit. Dr. Ward is a true professional and has a great chairside demeanor. Very informative on the problem as well as the treatment process and steps going forward. Feel extremely confident that my issues will be resolved. Highly recommend to anyone requiring the services of an Ophthalmologist.

I love this office! Staff was friendly and helpful, Dr. Ward gave me a thorough exam and detailed information about my specific issues, and how to best treat them. This team is professional, caring, and true experts in their field. I'm so happy I found them!

Dr. Ward has been taking care of my eye health for many years. He is always very professional, very attentive, and in my opinion a very good doctor. Has always had time to work me in when an emergency arose. I enjoy his professionalism and confidence in his work , changing doctors has never entered my mind.I would recommend him to my family and anybody else who needs professional eyecare!

Dr Ward is wonderful. I have had Problems with Dry eyes for years. This has caused my vision to be blurred and Damaged. No one had properly addressed my problem Until I met Dr Ward. On my very fist visit he and his staff were Awesome! Dr Ward spent so much time with me truly showing how much he cared about me and my eyesight. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate him.
