Dr Luthman did a great exam of my and my wife's eyes. The entire office was very professional and friendly. Carl helped me with my fitting, frame and lens selection. I cannot imagine a more professional or nicer man. The whole office was just great and I wouldn't even consider anyone else. Thank you for the great service. Love the glasses too.

My experience at Primary Eye Care was very nice from the moment I walked in the office. The receptionist was kind and courteous, the wait time was minimal and I appreciate that they were respectful of my time. Dr Schwartz answered all of my questions and my eye exam was professional and thorough. I am trying contacts this time and the doctor works with you trying multiple sample lenses until finding the right fit and strength. After the eye exam, you will meet with the technician who will recommend glasses that fit your prescription. as the size of your lenses plays a part in what will work best for you, in addition, will help you find beautiful or trendsetting glasses that fit your personal style. I had an excellent experience here from start to finish. Scheduling was quick and easy, and the staff was welcoming and professional. The doctors were thorough and used the latest technology, which made the exam smooth and efficient. They also have a wide selection of frames, making it easy to find the perfect pair. Overall, a great experience all around. I highly recommend them if you are looking for eye care around Troy.

My husband went to the Sidney location and loved it. When he switched jobs we changed to the Troy location. At first, everything was great. Not as personable as my last eye doctor but I liked the employees. Lately, I feel like it's been a mess. You catch an attitude everywhere you look, minus the doctors/back staff. It's the front staff with issues. I called to make an appointment after several text messages telling me I'm overdue. I call and the lady on the phone told me to not come in until next year for glasses benefits? I said okay.. I'm aware but I have contacts and need an updated RX? She seemed confused and almost robotic but the appt was made. A few weeks go by and they called to tell me to cancel it as my insurance didn't cover it. Then as I called to cancel it they were looking at the wrong insurance and to come in? Wait what ? Now my husband's having the same issues. Staff full of attitude. I get it, it's busy but It's not the patients fault if your schedule is completely booked out. Take them one at a time... and breathe.

I was a previous patient at Primary Eye Care and had not been to the eye dr in many years. I woke up with what I felt was an eye emergency and called the Troy office. They had me come in immediately. I have always felt very cared for at this office. The staff and doctors are wonderful. I highly recommend Dr Schwartz and Dr Luthman.

I really liked the care I received at Primary Eye Care! I don't remember getting the receptionist's names that helped me but they were both very helpful! Dr Lutheran, Skylar, and Jamie were all very knowledgeable and friendly! Keep up the great work culture!

I'm a new client and have been pleasantly surprised with the service I've received. From the initial exam, ordering new glasses and return visit for minor adjustments. The tech that I met with this past Saturday, spotted an issue when we met and diligently work to resolve that and another issue. Thank you, Curt

The office staff was able to get me in the next day after I called about an urgent concern with my eye. I was a new patient to the practice, but felt very comfortable and taken care of. Primary Eye Care will be my place for all my vision needs.
