What an excellent business! Their design sense is terrific: the smart, engaged staff are really good at suggesting styles - shopping is easy and fun. In both locations, East and West side, they stock many excellent, interesting frames we're unlikely to find anywhere else in Cleveland. Their knowledge of optics and attention to fit are first-rate. Dr. Eric writes a more accurate prescription than my eye doctor. They work with Zeiss for top quality lenses and coatings. I've bought my glasses at Eye Candy for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else. They'll remember you and your personal style even after just one exploratory visit. Highly recommend!

I have a very difficult prescription, and it's always been a challenge for providers to get my lenses right. Amanda and Steve at Eye Candy were incredible. They were confident their Zeiss lab -- in Kentucky or Germany -- could handle it, and they were absolutely right. I chose a pair of fantastic blue frames that really complement my face and style. For years my lenses have been thick, but Eye Candy was able to use 1.74 glass lenses that are the thinnest I've ever had. They took a bit longer since they were made in Germany, but the first-time quality was perfect. I'm over the moon with my new glasses. Outstanding service, expertise, and results. I was so pleased to discover Eye Candy Optical in Westlake. Francine was very thoughtful in asking questions and listening before helping me identify several interesting frames. **Ten Out of Ten. Forever Recommend.** On day one of a five-day business trip, my glasses snapped clean in half while I was cleaning them. Panic doesn't even begin to cover it. I rarely wear contacts because they're uncomfortable, I only had *one* pair of daily contacts with me, and my prescription sunglasses. I sat down with Steve and he called my eye doc back in Colorado to have my prescription faxed over. Once that was in hand, Eddie went to work. Steve treated me like an absolute rockstar while Eddie made my new specs. Both Eddie and Steve put me completely at ease, handled everything seamlessly, and somehow delivered the best glasses I've ever worn **in under 30 minutes**. I was back on the road, calm, confident, and honestly in disbelief that it all worked out so perfectly. I told everyone I met with in Ohio about my experience, and now that I'm back home in Colorado, I still tell everyone that Eye Candy Optical is worth the flight. It's the most beautiful store I've ever shopped in, and I've never felt so genuinely cared for in every facet of the styling and service experience. On top of that, they carry the highest-quality, most fashionable frames I've seen anywhere. Eye Candy Optical will forever have my recommendation.

Steve and his associates were very creative in fitting me with the best looking frames for my face. Steve is very precise in finding the best shape frames for your individual face. Eye candy carries the widest variety of colors, shapes, and high end brands. Frames that are very unique, and just lovely.
