Had a thorough eye exam and Dr Trigilio gave me clear and practical tips to answer my questions and get my new prescription. She was friendly and really listened to my concerns.
I then met with Ashley and she also was professional and yet very warm and friendly. She pulled out some frame options for me after listening to what I was looking for, and without much delay, we found a pair that I really liked. She also explained the insurance vs self pay options and various discounts so I could make the best choice for my needs and budget. The whole process was simple and I felt valued as a client and patient! The theme
here is great listening skills, a focus on the customer, and to top it off, truly kind and friendly people!
Highly recommend this location - easy parking on street - recco you go on weekdays when Crocker isn't too busy to get best spot to park. The store itself also has a very trendy look and feel, and has a vast selection of designer and store brand frames. Something for every budget ! 5* for sure !

They have a huge selection of my frames ranging from budget-friendly to the luxury brands. Zack helped me get the most for my money using promotions paired with my insurance. I also love having the optometrist appointments right there in the store. Monica Lai is very thorough and always a pleasant visit. She truly cares about the health of my eyes and is patient with me through the eye exam.

My only wish is that the Crocker store would stock some of the designer frame styles seen online that always show in stock in North Olmsted when Crocker seems to be the better place for them.

This was my second visit to Lens crafters, I didn't have a problem with service either time. On my most recent visit Ben was the employee that helped me. It was a terrific experience over all. He helped in my eye glass selection, he was very knowledgeable in the different eye glass brands they carry and the different lenses available.
