Even though I had almost an hour wait, I always know that I will be taken care of 100% in every way. Staff is always very kind. They are worth the wait. Dr. White and Dr. Kaye have always been top notch in their knowledge and very supportive when I need it. I'm always well taken care of.

My husband really likes this place, however my experience was not so great. I had an appointment for several months now, I was told that the office would be closed Monday for the snow storm. I understood completely. However, the person on the other end of the phone didn't seem to really care about the inconvenience, and gave me one option for reschedule within the week that I couldn't make work with my schedule. Other options were three weeks +. I was basically told take it or leave it, really didn't matter to her. In a world where canceling your appointment is a down right crime, for a Dr office to cancel and then only give one option for reschedule is just unreal. But no worries, plenty eye doctors to see in the area. Already have an appointment with someone this week.

I had to find a new optometrist who took both my vision and medical insurance. It took awhile to get an appointment. But once I went, I really liked the staff. The reception and tech staff and the doctor were all very nice and I feel like I'm in good hands moving forward. Their eyeglass frames selection was gorgeous. The frames were expensive but very beautiful and not like big box store selections. Very unique.

Staff and Doctors are very professional. After a short wait for my appointment, I was processes efficiently through a series of tests and exams. The final examine was by the Opthalmologist who went over and explained the results. I've had the good fortune to have Dr. White as my opthalmologist for over twenty years, which has seen us through retina surgery, and cataract surgeries. I've trusted him with my eyesight and he has not failed me.

I'm very happy with my experience at SkyVision. The whole staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt my whole exam leading up to my cataract surgery was very thorough. The staff involved with my surgery ( Jenn, Chris, Danielle, Holly and Beth ) along with Dr Serels did a fantastic job. The surgery was quick and easy and I was headed home sooner than I thought.

The staff is always very friendly and nice, I've never had any issues with the front. When you get called and taken back to have your eye tests and prep for the ophthalmologist to see you, that also has always been a very good experience. I have mobility issues and the staff is always caring, holding the chair to make sure it doesn't roll, walk at my pace so I'm not running to keep up etc.. it's the little things, you know? Then the doctor comes in and we always have a little conversation before we start, very warm and friendly. He explains everything as he goes so I know exactly what he is doing and why. He also keeps a good check on family history problems like glocoma and makes sure you know where you are on that also. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a caring, compassionate eye care facility!
