Dr. Lam was sooo nice! I appreciated her respectful and friendly manner - and her expertise is unmistakeable. She is extremely observant and detail-oriented. With my family history of eye disease, I really appreciated the way she carefully examined my eyes and explained the different eye tests and results. She really took time to answer my questions. The office is very clean and cared for, all the staff were wonderful. It was a great experience. I will absolutely come back.

My optometrist has retired and it has been difficult to find some one taking new patients. One of my co workers went to the Pearle near her home. So I went on line and found the local office near me. Making the appointment was easy on line.
My appointment was the first of day and I arrived to greetings and smiles.
The real star of the visit was Dr. Lam she was full of information and spent time to explain each test and the results. She was never condescending she was just showing care. She loves what she does and is very enthusiastic.
My only interaction with the rest of the staff was just the onboarding being a new patient and the final payment. But those brief interactions and how they interacted with other customers they are equally attentive.
This is definitely a place I recommend.
