dr Matt & dr Tracy are EXTREMELY unprofessional. They are terrible people you'll be better off anywhere else!! Do NOT trust Tracy with any IPL, botox or any procedure, she has no clue what she is doing!!

The doctor was great. In and out in a hurry and was quick and to the point on things. The problems come when you have to get fitted for glasses. Hidden fees that aren't really discussed. They make you get a certain kind of lens stating that it's "the standard" when it's not. Then, when the expensive glasses (even after insurance) come in, they actually make things harder to see. When I called, they told me that all they could do was do a recheck of the prescription and order me new glasses. If all you need is a quick exam, this place is fine, but take your prescription elsewhere to get glasses.

Great eye care place! I had been going to another eye doctor and it was time for me to get progressive lens for the first time. For various reasons I decide to look around. I found Edmond Family Eye Care and went their first, because of the great reviews and second, they carried a brand of frame I like. First, the staff there is incredible. Every person I interacted with was nice and professional. I had a lot of questions since this was my first pair of progressive glasses and they took the time to answer every question. They were very prompt in contacting me when sample frames had arrived and when my final glasses were ready. Dr. Claire Moore did my exam and was great. I worked the most with Courtney on my new glasses and she did a great job. You can tell she genuinely wants you to have a great experience. I live in OKC so a bit of a long drive but I am making a permanent switch to Edmond Family Eye Care.

They are patient with my 7 year old and so helpful in encouraging my child to wear his glasses, and making him feel good and comfortable in his glasses! Love this place! There has never been a long wait time. They have up to date equipment!

Dr Morris was fantastic. He was very thorough and took his time answering my long list of questions. They run on schedule which means I did not have to wait a long time when I arrived before being seen. The facility is beautiful and the ladies at the front desk are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming (Debra is amazing). Not a thing I could recommend they do differently.

I have really unusual visual impairment, so it typically takes me awhile to warm up to a new eye doctor. I chose EGEC because they are close to our new home and have good reviews. I have been very pleased! Dr. Moore has been great, even with "crabby haven't had enough coffee" morning Angela, and the whole staff has been extremely welcoming. Appointments are easy to schedule, and my new contacts arrived at my home in about 2 days! Highly recommend.

I had such a great experience today! The office is clean and inviting and the staff is very friendly. Dr. Claire Moore was quick but thorough and answered all my questions. I do not have insurance and the price was fair and did not change after my treatment. Highly recommend!

Worst experience in 54 years of wearing glasses. Horrible customer service. No return policy even if the lab screws up or you get a bad frame. Had to have at LEAST 3 visits to get passable lenses. Office is not elderly or handicapped friendly. No one over a size 14 could fit in their chairs or on the couch. Staff is not friendly at all. Don't waste your time, or more, your money at this practice. There must be better eye doctors in Edmond.
