My 5 year old son was able to establish care as a patient this year. The eyecare assistant was extremely patient and kind to my very wiggly and curious boy. She never gave up and went above and beyond to make sure he was well cared for. I always feel my needs validated and the doctor is the sweetest person ever. Dr. Julie Moore is the best ! She is professional, kind and caring.

We have been going here for a few years now. Our optometrist is a 5/5. The reason I'm giving a 4 is because I went in to pick up my glasses in that area. One of the ladies at the counter went to go grab them. When she came out with the glasses, she dropped them on the floor. We just spent several hundred dollars on these glasses and this is a careless mistake that is completely unacceptable. Please take more care when grabbing glasses. I am extremely frustrated by that experience.
