Omni Eye Center-Laser Vision

I have received excellent care by everyone at Omni. The team from the beginning to the ending of every visit have been professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I also really like how they make finding the eyewear I want quick and easy. Thank You to the entire staff at Omni!

I have been going to Omni Eye Center for several years now and I really love them. Dr. Dunn is wonderful. He listens and answers all of my questions. He didn't hesitate to send us to a specialist when my son had to have major eye surgery. They get you in quickly if you have an eye infection or other such issue. The front staff is always friendly and so helpful. They remember you and really make you feel welcome!

I've been a patient at Omni Eye Center for over a decade. The staff are always professional, friendly and helpful. Dr. Dunn listens to any concerns I have regarding my vision, eyes and contact lenses and addresses them thoroughly and thoughtfully.

I went to Omni Eye Center-Laser Vision in Edmond with high expectations. The doctor delivered a thorough exam and clear medical explanations. The problem was everything that happened after. The sales process for glasses turned the visit from professional to stressful. The sales associate ignored my preferences from the start. I explained my budget and the frame style I wanted. She kept pushing frames I did not like and dismissed my feedback. When I said I preferred something simple and lightweight, she handed me high priced designer frames I did not ask to see. When I asked questions about lens options, she acted annoyed, sighed, and spoke in a rushed tone. I felt like my questions about pricing and durability were an inconvenience to her. She applied pressure during the purchase decision. She said things like "this deal is only good today" and "you need to decide now" even though I told her I wanted time to think about it. She never reviewed the full cost breakdown until after I gave my payment information. The final price was much higher than what we originally discussed. When I paused and asked about cheaper alternatives, she brushed past the question and pushed the order forward. I left the office feeling uneasy about the purchase. The frames did not feel right to me, and they were not what I originally wanted. I called the office the same day to cancel the order before the lenses were made. The response was short and dismissive. I was told all sales were final and no changes were allowed. No one offered a reasonable explanation or any form of customer care. The tone over the phone made it clear they did not care once they had my money. This experience shows serious problems in customer service and transparency. The focus was not on helping me find eyewear that fit my needs. The focus was selling the most expensive product possible. I walked in confident in the medical care but walked out feeling pressured, ignored, and taken advantage of. I would not recommend this location to anyone who values clear communication, respectful service, and honest pricing.
