Edmond Regional Eye Associates: M. Andrew Hogue MD, Robert Gourley MD, and Bradley Daniel OD

I recently had cataract surgery with Dr. Hogue. It was an amazing success. He is a very nice and professional doctor. Dr. Daniel takes care of my regular appointments.I highly recommend him. He listens, he's compassionate, and very professional. His assistant Andrea and Kristen are both very helpful and friendly. The front desk is Tabitha and Katie and also are very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Hogue demonstrated exceptional professionalism and a commitment to patient care that goes above and beyond. He was incredibly responsive and genuinely concerned about my well-being.

I have been going to EREA for over 30 years. For much of that time I was under the excellent care of Dr. Robert Gourley, truly an outstanding Opthamologist! Most recently, I moved over to Dr. Andrew Hogue, another Dr. in this practice, when Dr. Gourley trimmed back his schedule as part of his well-deserved retirement plan. Dr. Hogue has also proved to be outstanding! After dealing with glaucoma and increasing cataracts, I made the decision to not only get these two issues surgically corrected, but it would also by default correct my astigmatism. Dr. Hogue couldn't have been better. He did detailed testing ahead of time and together we came up with the best solution for me. He is professional, patient, kind, calm and extremely skilled in dealing with diseases of the eye and eye surgery. I have now had both eyes corrected, and for the first time in 30 years, I can see clearly with no contacts, glasses, readers or twice-a-day glaucoma drops!! His follow up is thorough and he takes time to answer all questions, as does his staff. If you are looking for a great place to care for your eyes in the OKC/Edmond area, look no further. Recently I injured my eye and needed an emergency appointment with Edmond Regional Eye Associates. We have been patients with them for many years. Every contact we have had with them has been outstanding. Since it was an emergency visit I saw Dr. Bradley Daniel. It was my first visit with Dr. Daniel, and I was impressed with his consideration and professionalism. He was exemplary in every aspect of my visit. I was apprehensive and concerned about my injured eye. Immediately, he put me at ease with his understanding of how I was feeling. At that first meeting, and also with my follow up visit, I was grateful for being introduced to him. I consider it a true blessing to get to know him and once again I was reminded of how thankful we are to be associated with Edmond Regional Eye Associates. The doctors, and each and every member of their staff, set the standard for patient service, kindness and consideration. Thank you one and all, especially Dr. Daniel. We really appreciate you.

I was referred to Dr hogue by another pt of his and I'm so grateful for everything he's done for me. He's kind and takes time to explain everything. Best decision I've made for myself!

Now there are 3 eye doctors at the clinic. I've been seen by all and all are knowledgeable, kind and listen to your questions. The office staff is also helpful and friendly. They take the time to help you understand. I've had cataract surgery done by Dr Hogue with excellent results. With the lens implants I've got perfect vision and don't need glasses. Recently I had a change in my eye sight and Dr. Hogue zapped my eye with a laser. There is nothing to it. Over time the "sac"can get cloudy and this procedure takes away the cloudiness. Don't think twice about going to see any of these doctors. They are all excellent!.

I have been seeing Dr. Hogue for over 10 years for glaucoma and have only the highest praise for his professional help and expertise. When my husband's doctor retired, he began seeing him also. He has always been kind and extremely helpful, but the true test of his genuine care was seen when my husband was hospitalized with Covid last year. His decline was so rapid that we didn't realize that he had been wearing his contacts for almost 2 weeks. Dr. Hogue immediately offered to come to the hospital, but the 'rules' wouldn't let him come. Finally a nurse was able to remove them, but without them he had very limited vision. I called Dr. Hogue's office, told his receptionist about the problem, she immediately put Dr. Hogue on the phone. He sent me a prescription for glasses as a temporary help. As soon as he left the hospital and was released from rehab, Dr. Hogue scheduled cataract surgery. He has 20-20 correction in both eyes and doesn't need glasses at all! In the midst of the turmoil and trials of this experience, Dr. Hogue and his office were a beacon of hope, kindness and true help when we really needed them. We cannot thank them enough or recommend them with anything but the highest praise!

Dr. Hogue helped me through a very dark (literally) time. He was able to diagnose narrow angle glaucoma and save my sight. That was years ago, but recently Dr. Hogue did cataract surgery on both eyes. He is calm, understanding and very knowledgeable, but what I love the most is his kindness and honesty. I also appreciate that his office is pro mask. Thank you for keeping us safe.
