I went to my eye doctor a couple of weeks ago, and the experience was amazing! From the doctor to the staff -- everyone was so nice, professional, and helpful. The young ladies who did my eye exams and helped me with my contact lenses were wonderful. Truly top-tier service! I'll definitely be returning for all my future eye care needs.

The location is AWESOME!! TESSA Made me feel welcome, didn't rush me and actually listened to what I needed for my eye care. I will always recommend this place for anyone who needs a great and professional place to receive eye care.

I've been a patient at this office for over 10 years and have generally had good experiences with the doctors and staff in the past. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very disappointing. A few months ago, I was told it would take about a month for my contact lenses to be ready for pickup and that I would receive a call when they arrived. I visit town regularly and would have picked them up on my next visit. That call never came. Over the next three months, I tried contacting the office multiple times by phone but never received a response. When I finally reached someone, I was told they had called me -- something I have no record of. If they had called, I would have simply gone in and picked them up as I always have. This is not the first time this has happened. Because I never received the promised call, I asked if they could ship my contacts to me. I was told that if I wanted them shipped, I would need to handle the shipping myself. Considering I never received any notice that my contacts were ready, I feel the least they could have done was offer to ship them as a courtesy. I've been loyal to this practice for many years, but after this experience, I no longer plan to return or recommend this location. This location needs to improve on customer service and accountability instead of trying to lie and shift the blame on its patients for their lack of communication.

I was treated with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE by everyone in the office. There wasn't any way that I could have been treated any better. Any one who's looking for a great experience should visit the office of MY EYE DOCTOR. And yes, that's the name of the experience.

Incident #1 Called multiple times for an eye emergency. (I got an ulcer) and no one picked up for two days but they were open? Incident #2 , it took them TWO MONTHS for them to "find" my glasses I had ordered and paid fully through them. Incident #3 when I went in to do my contact fitting (I usually pay out of pocket because insurance only covered glasses but it fell into a new year) I told them not to run it through my insurance that I would cover the cost that way when it's time to do my eye exam in 6 months insurance would pay for it. Did the complete opposite of what I asked. 100% switched to BeSpoke and have never been disappointed

Went in 6 weeks ago to order glasses Terry the optician refused to help said he since office was going to close in 35 min and asked us to come back on Monday. Went back on Monday placed order and waited in about week called to check on glasses only to find out they lost order. Went back and redid order waited about 1.5 weeks and called back to check on glasses. First they said they were shipped, then stated order not even started to then just waiting on payment. At this point your guess is good as mine. Terry the option had no problem coming on phone being rude even though every time we went in he always was too busy to help us. Manager could also care less said they were just middle man and made no money. We will be cancelling all our upcoming appointments for our 3 kids we'll give our money to someone else.

My eye doctor is excellent. From 1 to 10 they get a 10 I will definitely tell others about them. I was so stressed until I came here they made me at ease happy where my blood pressure went down. I am so blessed to have Google and they came up. I feel that God directed me to them. God is good all the time I have faith and I believe . Thank God for my eye doctor.

All the people I've met here are fantastic. They are conscientious about their duties and do an excellent job! I broke my glasses between appointments and Tessa spent time to fix them where I can see again. Thanks y'all so much.
