I'm so happy a friend referred me to Dr. Motes and her wonderful team! They are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! I needed replacement lenses for my glasses, and I must say these were the most successful progressive lenses I've ever had! I can see perfectly at every distance and I don't have to tilt my head back to read the computer screen. I highly recommend this wonderful team! Thank you!

I really, really liked them! Great office, efficient check-in, thorough exam, checked each and every VSP option and ran multiple scenarios to get the best prices. The doctor was quick and thorough and very nice. Update: Took just 7 days to get my glasses and sunglasses. Very quick! The prescription is spot-on and the glasses fit great! I've been a patient of Dr Motes for many years as she's helped me with glasses, contact lenses, dry eye treatments, glaucoma tests, and pressure drop prescriptions for glaucoma. She's always been so patient with me and dedicated to making sure I received the best care and outcome, especially with my glaucoma. Recently she noticed a spike in my inner ocular pressures and said there were a couple of surgical procedures that could help. She called and got me an appointment with Dr Khaimi at Glaucoma Surgeons of Oklahoma for the following week. In 2 weeks from the time she called, I was in surgery. Thanks to Dr Motes and Dr Khaimi, the progression of my glaucoma has stopped and I no longer need pressure drops. Here again, Dr Motes always seeks the best outcome and I credit her for knowing what to do, and when to do it. Her staff are so kind and helpful as well, and very detail oriented. Together they provide a level of care that's beyond compare. I always enjoy going there!

I have know Dr. Motes since she was in optometry school (about 30 years!). She is excellent, and her staff is kind, considerate, and extremely helpful! Wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

I recently had my yearly eye exam and I cannot brag enough on Dr Motes and her amazing staff. Friendly and professional!!!! Angela, the office manager answered all my questions regarding insurance and was super knowledgeable and helpful. Amanda in optical helped me pick the cutest glasses . They are the absolute BEST!!! Zero stars. I've been going here for 4 years and now all of a sudden none of my plans are covered? And they like to treat you as if youre below them. They talk down to you. And tell you what your allowed to say, do. Or react. This place is absolutely horrible and needs way better people working inside. I will no longer subject me or my son to this horror show of a business.

I've been coming here for years. The employees here always give outstanding service. The doctor and staff have again and again gone above and beyond to take care of what was needed. I recommend them to my friends and coworkers and everyone tells me they're glad they went to NW Vision Source.

A few years back my daughter went to see Dr Motes for a routine checkup and she caught a serious medical problem my daughter wasn't aware she had. Thanks to the doc she got in for an eye surgery and her vision was saved! Since then my hubby and I have started seeing her and I'm confident that Dr Motes and her staff take excellent care of my entire family. If your looking for a great Optometrist you've found her
