I've had one of those conveyor-belt eye exams before where the doctor appears on a screen--hated every second of it. Optique was the complete opposite. The entire staff was professional, patient, and actually took the time to answer all my questions. I felt comfortable the whole visit, which is a miracle in an eye exam.
My only minor gripe was the extra $39 charge to skip dilation and use the imaging machine instead. I gladly paid it because I cannot stand getting my eyes dilated, but honestly, that technology feels like it should just be part of the standard exam. It creates a clear, permanent image in your file and makes tracking changes so much easier. Still, even with that upcharge, it was the best experience I've had at an eye doctor in years.

I went to Optique Vision Center for an exam and also purchased new glasses from them. I had issues with glasses that I had purchased from a different optician that were just never right for my eyes. Optique Vision Center did an amazing job getting me the correct prescription and a really high quality pair of glasses. If you want the best, check them out! I also received my glasses quicker than promised.
