I am very disappointed with how my insurance was handled by this office. Before making my appointment, I specifically called to confirm that you accepted my medical insurance (not vision insurance). I had already completed a vision exam the previous month, but I was experiencing a medical issue with my eyes and needed to be seen under my medical coverage. The receptionist confirmed that my medical insurance was accepted, so I scheduled the appointment. During my visit, I even explained to the doctor that I had recently had my vision checked and was coming in due to a medical concern. The doctor was professional, thorough, and answered all of my questions. I have no complaints about the physician. However, after the appointment, I received a bill for the full amount. When I called to clarify, I was transferred to the manager, who informed me that the office has not been contracted with my medical insurance for eight years. Since she was not part of the original phone conversation, the office did not acknowledge any mistake on their end. As a result, I was required to pay the full cost of the visit. While the doctor provided excellent care, I would caution others to double- and triple-check insurance details in writing before scheduling. Based on my experience, I would not rely on verbal confirmation from the front office regarding insurance coverage.

Emily was great at helping me pick out just the right frame to fit my face. She was patient and kind as I narrowed my selections. I love my new glasses, and in case you didn't know, Stonebridge is one of the only places around that warranties their lenses for two years, instead of one!

I have been a patient of Dr Wright since 1998. I have also seen Dr Alex Kinsinger a few times. Both are thorough, courteous, and skilled Optometrists. I recommend their care to anyone. The office staff and optical staff are equally good at what they do.

When I had an urgent eye problem, I was able to get an appointment the same day. Dr. Kinsinger is very thorough and explains diagnoses well.

Stonebridge Eye Care is a gem! Kind people provide professional, proper, and prompt care whether you need new specs or you have a concern about an eye. Arrive a patient, leave a friend!

I have an eye infection and the Dr offered to meet me Saturday or Sunday when they weren't even open. I have been twice this week and every single person is so nice, kind, and caring.

Dr. Kinsinger orders unnecessary field tests, not covered by my insurance, and jumped the gun on diagnosing glaucoma.

I have been Dr. Wright's patient for over 25 years. He is genuinely THE best caring doctor that I have seen in my life. He has truly cared about my vision from the beginning till now, even after I was diagnosed with a very rare disease. You never feel like another patient, but Instead he makes you feel like that you are his only patient.
