I am not one to leave a review, but this place was absolutely terrible. I've been to extensive eye appointments for 15+ years and I've never received such awful care. I was referred to this clinic. I went back and forth between tests to the lobby 3+ times, they thought I was there for blurred vision (was there for glaucoma and to see a glaucoma specialist), the tech tried to numb my eyes with contacts in and caught herself right as she jerked her hand and the numbing drop got in my mouth. The entire place was dysfunctional. The doctor I saw (that isn't a glaucoma specialist) literally said the opposite of my previous glaucoma specialist that I've seen for 15 years. Left there with zero answers or plans moving forward. Took off half a day of work for absolutely nothing.

Appointment time is 2:30 always 30-45 minutes behind. Then get ready to be there for AT LEAST 2 hours. They do a very poor job at communicating and time management. BVA is the most frustrating and inconvenient experiences.

Brought my son to two scheduled appointments. First one took four hours, the employees was leaving and I was waiting on him to get done.
Second one appointment was 130 pm and it is 328 pm and he has been waiting in patient room for last thirty minutes. Someone seriously needs to look at how they are booking patients. This is an absolute joke....

Waiting forever for eyes checking appointment, almost 2 hours and I came to the front deck asked if they make sure have my name checking ! They said yes they are very busy ! My question is why you made my appointment when you are full booked and we have to wait that long ? Unbelievable!!!!!
