I have been a loyal customer of what was once Next Optical, now Akal Optical, for many years. When I heard about the new ownership, I was a bit concerned. However, I was relieved to find that Jas and Pav were still there. They have always provided me with outstanding service, and that hasn't changed. In the past, I've visited other optical stores where customer service was lacking, and I often felt pressured to buy things I didn't need. Jas and Pav, on the other hand, always take the time to explain my options clearly, allowing me to make informed decisions without any pressure. Even though I live in Mississauga, where there are plenty of options for eyewear, as long as Jas and Pav are with Akal Optical, they will continue to have my business.

Our family has been going to Next Optical for years. Bo, Mandy, Pav and Jas are super helpful and so friendly. We would never go anywhere else. They have a great Optometrist as well! Since the new owners took over I'm very pleased they kept Pav and Jas on staff. If you're looking for anything eye related this is your place. They have a great variety of designer glasses as well!!

I would say one of the biggest selection of frames in GTA . Had my exam done last week and got delivery of glasses with in a week.
