I visited Dr. John Paul Militar for the first time today and he's the most knowledgeable optometrist I have ever had. I have a family history of poor vision and other corneal related issues so I'm very careful with my eyes. He took the time to explain everything to me with visuals and answered the several questions I had. I am very impressed with him and I highly recommend him to anyone. He's also very patient and kind. He's my new eye doctor now. Thank you! The receptionist was great too.

I just received a scheduled eye exam appointment email, but I never booked it.
It seems to be for an annual check-up, which might have been set automatically -- but I did not agree to it or confirm that I would return. and I click the link of cancle appointment, but leaded me to rescheduled site, and called 2 times and no one answer....
Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with an eye exam and service last year. Some of the staff ignored me at first and were chatting at the corner instead of offering help. They only seemed kind and attentive once I was paying for the service. Because of that experience, I decided not to go back.

I've had an incredible experience yesterday at Fallon Vision. I was left alone in a small dim room for 40 minutes with much chitchat and laughter in a foreign language at the front desk before I decided to text my husband to check if the optometrist still remembers me waiting for her to finish my exam. Dr. Fu came right in after my husband's reminder. It took her more than 40 minutes to return instead of 16 minutes wait post pupil dilation as she stated to me. I was done in 2 minutes with her checking on my pupils. She apologized to me , but didn't explain her reason for taking so long to return to me. I have doubt for her professionalism.
