This is our 3rd visit, and we've been seeing Dr. Ho for over 3 years now. We honestly always have a great experience here. Dr. Sandra Ho is very thorough and takes her time to explain everything clearly. We never feel rushed, and she makes sure we understand what's going on with our eye health. You can really tell she cares. And yes, we love her pet too. The whole team is warm, professional, and welcoming. Our appointments are always on time based on our scheduled booking, which we really appreciate. Free parking is a bonus, and it's close to home for us. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a reliable and caring eye clinic.

I've had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Ho. She's thorough, professional, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which makes you feel comfortable and well cared for. Appointments are generally on time, and you're not left waiting long to see the doctor, which I really appreciate. The office staff is always welcoming, kind, and efficient--booking and check-ins are easy, and the whole office has a really positive vibe. I have been seeing Dr. K. Gallagher for s3veral years now. She is always professional in her assessments. She is efficient and understanding. When choosing frames the staff is extremely helpful and I always feel I have made a great choice in my glasses.

Dr Gallagher is maybe the best eye doctor my wife and I have had. What I like best is that she is at once super methodical, efficient, and professional in the way she manages an eye exam and--at the same time--extremely friendly and a good communicator. I enjoy chatting with her, she explains things clearly, and I come out of the exam with complete confidence that I've gotten exactly the right prescription. Can't recommend her enough.

Dr. Sandra Ho is a very patient and caring optometrist. She carefully assists her patients in deciding what optical solutions are best suited for them. I never feel like I am being rushed and all my questions are always answered. I am sometimes hard to fit and she makes sure you are completely satisfied. Her staff are wonderful and really try to suggest the best glasses that suit and fit you within your budget. I never feel pressured into purchasing anything unlike at other opticians. The prices seem fair and my glasses have lasted over 5 years without needing a refresh due to wear and tear. Also, if you have any fitting issues or need a tweak, like new nose pads, they are happy to help you any time. Make an appointment you won't regret it.

I am extremely disappointed with how my appointment was handled at this clinic. My appointment with Dr. Laura Marno was scheduled for 1:15 PM. I was running late. At 1:21 PM, I received a call from the receptionist, Lesley, informing me that the appointment had to be cancelled because Dr. Marno did not want to feel rushed. I explained that I was only one minute away and had been delayed by traffic, yet I was told there was no way to accommodate me. I would have been 7 minutes late for this appointment. I asked to speak directly with Dr. Marno or the clinic manager to discuss the situation, but both requests were refused. The explanation given was that Dr. Marno was with another patient (during the time of my scheduled appointment...perhaps they were already running late). I understand the importance of maintaining schedules, but cancelling an appointment due to a brief delay--7 minutes--is unreasonable. While I do not know the exact details from their perspective, exceptional, patient-centered care should allow for minor delays without dismissing patients outright for the reason of not wanting to feel rushed. There are other solutions for not wanting to feel rushed, perhaps a lower daily list of patients... I did reach out to the clinic via email to voice my concerns. The owner politely replied and offered a phone call (this phone call needed to be rescheduled to the next day as they had other clinic duties). Ultimately, I refused the call as it would not add any material value beyond what was communicated. The lack of flexibility and initial communication left me feeling undervalued, dismissed, and frankly gaslit. This experience was disappointing. Patients should not be penalized for minor delays, and respectful communication should always be prioritized. I hope the clinic takes this as a learning opportunity and trains staff to not only handle situations like this with more professionalism and consideration but also perhaps consider other solutions where their optometrists don't feel rushed to provide safe and comprehensive care. I cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience.

The staff was very welcoming, very good with reminders and expense statements and quotes. Brought my 9 and 7 yr old. Very thorough checkup by Dr. Gallagher, very easy to talk to and so good with kids. We will be back annually as we were cleared with 20/20 vision.

I am a registered blind individual with several serious eye problems. I have attended Bronte Village Eyecare recently and also in the past few years. They are amazing. Their compassion, empathy and kindness., coupled with their politeness and courtesy is so appreciated. Dr. Gallagher is my optometrist and she is wonderful. Her expertise along with her patients, kindness, and understanding always leaves me feeling so comfortable. So don't look any further, make an appointment here, and you will never regret it.
