The procedure itself was explained thoroughly beforehand, including what sensations to expect during and after surgery, and the recovery process over the following days. On the day of the surgery, everything was extremely well organized, and I felt informed and supported the entire time. They also took care of coordinating my post-operation follow-up appointment with my optometry clinic, which made the whole process seamless and stress-free. Overall, an outstanding experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend TLC Oakville to anyone considering Lasik -- you're truly in excellent hands.

I had my right cataract surgery last week at TLC Oakville--it is the best decision ever. I had no issues during the procedure itself. I want to thank the staff, Pooja, Leanne, Sunny, Maria, Crystal, and Nav for being very solicitous and going out of their way to make me feel relaxed. The instructions were spot on and they took the time to explain what to expect post-surgery. The manager, Nikki, and the Optometrist, Dr. Ria, were also quite accommodating and friendly. But most especially, I want to thank the surgeon, Dr. Dean Smith, he was so pleasant when he discussed with me the planned visual outcome which I really appreciate -- he was not rushing or anything like that. I am sure there are others who worked behind the scene to ensure the success of my surgery whom I failed to mention--I apologize for that, but be assured that I am forever grateful for your efforts. I am looking forward to my left cataract surgery in 2 weeks. Thank you again. I will definitely recommend TLC Oakville.

These people are great! I was a bit nervous about getting lens replacement surgery and they took the time to explain the procedure and answer all my questions. Really put me at ease. And they did a fantastic job. Vision is perfect now without any issues. I would recommend them to anyone who needs eye care.

Extremely happy with my Refractive Lens Replacement done at the TLC Centre on Bristol Circle in Oakville . All the staff I interact with were very friendly and professional.
