My fiance and I went to this store a week ago. Very professional services, the place looks spotless and the staff are really nice and very professional. The optometrist Kim is amazingly nice and professional. She made us feel so welcome and comfortable while doing the eyes exam. The staff helped us to find our new glasses. We love our new glasses! They fit super well and we thank you all the staff for their very nice customer services.

This is the third time I have gone to this location of Bailey Nelson in Oakville. I can't say enough great things about my experiences there. The staff is amazing, they are so helpful and knowledgeable and Dr Kimberly-Anne Llamzon is not only the best eye doctor but also the loveliest person! She is so kind and caring, I will continue to use this location for my yearly eye exam always! Highly recommend.

I had a great experience at Bailey and Nelson. I felt like they were very accommodating and helpful. I've been to the other location in Burlington and found it equally good. The only slight inconvenience was the ability to find parking since it's such a busy area. Would recommend for anyone who wants quality glasses

I never thought i would leave a review for eye wear shop but Mitra is amazing. The enthusiasm, level of service, kindness and attention to detail is something I rarely come across these days. All the personnel in the shop have great energy and are very welcoming. I have bought 5 pairs of glasses from them and will continue to do so.

This is one of the best "finds" I have made in years!!! Glasses can be SO expensive and I have shopped at LensCrafters, Squint, optometrist's own selections and their prices are scary!!! Bailey Nelson offer a wonderful selection of frames - not name designers - but the styles are current and the quality is excellent. I don't need to show that my glasses are Tiffany, Chanel, LV... that is nonsense. The service at BN is friendly and professional. Their delivery time is far superior to any of the other places I mentioned. New lenses for my Tiffany glasses (yes they will do new lenses in your existing glass frames) took 5 days not 2 weeks like the other stores. GO!!!

Great first visit selecting glasses. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ordered the glasses and went to pick up on Sunday afternoon only to find store closed. Waited 45 minutes while only employee was eating lunch in back I'm assuming. Instead of fitting new glasses she simply handed them to me and that was it. No checking fit or anything else. I like this shop and want to support it but they dropped the ball post sale.

Knowledgeable, friendly and helped him pick out two new pairs' of glasses. I cannot say enough about how much fun our visit was and that tells me, that there is great leadership on the team.
