Did my initial consultation here and subsequent after surgery follow up appointment here with Dr. Gilani. So far very happy!
Very convenient location, professional, clean atmosphere and efficient procedures. Lots of side parking and just high class in general. Highly recommend this location!
Just a caution that Google maps voice assisted directions is a bit misleading. So look for the Bochner sign !

I went to Bochner for a PRK treatment in December, and I am so pleased with both the treatment, and their customer service. Indy took the time to answer all my questions and concerns and went above and beyond. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Stein did a fantastic job, and I now have 20/20 vision. Highly recommend Bochner Institute!!

The reason for this one star review is their lack of accessibility for those who need it. They are located on the second floor, no elevator or stair lift. Hardfloor stairs, the risk of a fall would not justify the risk. They did not mention this when booking the appointment, for which we had to wait a few weeks !
"If you are physically challenged, please do not come here" , that should be their logo.

As nice as the office looks - their organization is awful. I come in for my appointment time and they didn't have it on file. Although I had a confirmation email, they still weren't sure how this happened and booked someone else instead. Overall the situation was poorly handled.

The ambiance coupled with great customer service and professional service is worth the visit. Super friendly front desk and high taste of decor make the waiting patients comfortable. What is missing with those in the front office area is some soft classical muaic as the majority of the patients are elderly. Doctor answers all the questions patiently. The referral cost is borne by OHIP. I will visit this place again after my next year's eye examination.

Bad customer service. Lack of communication. Many times when you called back, the receptionist didn't know what's going on. The consultant and receptionist screwed up my appointment. Based on this, I doubt about the professionalism.
