Dr. Brian Paul, Optometrist

Dr Paul is my daughters eye dr and had her first appointment with him! He listened to my concerns and took care of them first and continued with the basic eye exam! He was great with her and with myself as the parent. I highly recommend him for any parent with young children! And even for the parent themselves! We look forward to working with him over the next coming years

Dr Paul is genuinely passionate about his job. He's down to earth and highly knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly assess my vision and explained everything clearly, accessibly. The whole experience at the clinic was awesome! Love their selection of frames, thoughtful associates and how enthusiastic Dr Paul was about vision care / glasses!

I sought Dr. Paul's location out after meeting him when I took my sister to her appointment with him in Dundas. I love Dr. Paul's energy and how he shares his knowledge. A good doctor and genuine. Nicely renovated heritage home office with bright open decor inside. Girls were attentative and friendly, even though I ran late! and greeted me promptly. He even took the time to pull info up on google for me, which had nothing to do with my visit but was info about my mothers situation, who isn't a patient of his. I'm happy he's in Hamilton now!

We met Dr. Paul for the first time last week for my 10 year old's annual eye check up and he was fantastic! He took the time to get to know her and answered all her questions. She really liked him and thought he was funny. It was a great experience and the new location is beautiful.

Always having a great experience with Dr Brian Paul. He is very meticulous in providing a full exam while interacting positively and energetically with my son. Always ready to an answer your questions without any rush. Definitely a superstar doctor at all levels.

They are really nice, and I have no real complaints about the service. But I'm not happy with my vision after ordering glasses using my new prescription. My old glasses seem much clearer overall. I don't trust the new numbers for my astigmatism (which seems to have disappeared from one eye and changed greatly in the other), and I also don't understand why noone pointed out that I was getting a bifocals prescription for the very first time?! Especially since Dr Paul said my near vision was great during the exam! Not to mention that they only push dailies for contacts, which are outrageously expensive, especially since I have been wearing contacts for over 25 years with no problems! Anyway, I will not be going back and am very disappointed with the waste of money for basically no gain.

Staff are friendly, environment is modern. Dr. Paul was quick, efficient and easy to talk to. This was the first time I've had my eyes checked since I was a child, I would definitely return and recommend to others!

Dr Paul has been our son's optometrist since our son was a baby. Dr Paul is incredibly good with kids and so honest, helpful and patient. We are lifelong clients.
