Dr. Jain is extremely expertised in eyecare, a tremendous communicator, and makes time for each patient in a way that is incredibly helpful and thorough. I came in for dry eye problem but started with a complete eye exam by Dr David Sooklal. Dr. Sooklal was incredibly knowledgeable and the exam was very thorough. He was so great that my husband right away booked an appt with him. I had my second appt with Dr Sooklal last week to diagnose my dry eye issue. I had to say that I picked the right place. He answered all my questions with patience and made sure I understood the type of dry eye I have and options for cure. Dr Sooklal decided the approach to tackle this problem and I will see Dr Sooklal in three months. About the clinic - very neat and well organized and the staff was amazing. I will give her a 5 star as well. I highly recommend Dr Sooklal.

I came to Halton Eye Care to have glasses made from a prescription from a Dr. elsewhere. I asked for lots of bells and whistles and when I asked for an email confirmation of them, Dr. S. quickly composed a detailed email clarification of everything that resolved several uncertainties. I needed the glasses before I left for a trip, and I knew that getting them made in time would be a close call. When the normal delivery from the lab wasn't going to meet my departure deadline, Dr. S. drove there, picked them up, and delivered them to my home way after business hours the night before my departure. Truly outstanding service, and the complicated glasses work wonderfully!
