I have purchased glasses and contacts here. They have a good selection, fair prices, and very good helpful service. They had given me sample contacts lenses free of charge - and then I purchased. I also purchased two pairs of glasses here, and they had repaired my one of my glasses without charge after I stepped on one. This is a great family business, they are fair and awesome people. Initially had a great experience at this place when it used to be called Next Optical.
Since the "change:, it has become a very different place with lineups for eye exams even though you make an appointment you still have to wait for a long time and most importantly is the rude comments that come out of the filthy mouths of those whom work there.

It does not matter if you are getting your eyes tested, fitted for new glasses, repairs for your old ones, your experience is first class. The customer service is outstanding. Amazing service. Friendly people. Very helpful and patient while you trying to make your decisions. And they obviously have an stellar selection of glasses.
Side note: I was in the store with my two children when the person from the previous review came in. Although I don't know what the back story is, he was immediately angry and confrontational. The situation was dealt with perfectly by the owners. He was brought outside to discuss as to not disrupt the other customs. I was with my two children and really appreciated how it was dealt with in a calm and professional manner. Thank you.
