Everyone here is kind, caring, efficient, professional, but also very busy. It's accessible friendly but do allow time for your appointment and make your next appointment while you are there. Do remember to get a parking voucher if you drive. Dr Bindlish is exceptional in his field and I'm very happy he is in charge of my vision care.

I arrived precisely on time for my 10:30AM appointment, yet I was left waiting for over an hour and a half before being seen by the specialist. This level of delay is unacceptable, especially considering I had another appointment scheduled closer to 1:00 PM. I was moments away from walking out. This experience reflects a serious lack of respect for patients' time and highlights a deeply flawed approach to scheduling

Bad scheduling approach - had to wait 50 minutes for my appointment. No respect for people's time. Doctor was sick (coughing, should have stayed home). Receptionist seemed great.

I found the wait time to be no longer than any other doctor's office and we didn't run into any issues with the receptionist/assistant. Dr. Seif was wonderful! He took the time to figure out exactly what was going on and used lots of comparable examples so that we fully understood what we were dealing with. He genuinely cared and we never felt rushed, even as we headed out after 6pm on a Friday night, on Valentine's Day. Thank you again Dr. Seif!

If I call multiple times with no answer and then leave a message as directed to do so, I expect that message to be followed up on. I had to call six times to cancel my appointment because every time I called during business hours it went unanswered. After leaving a message and waiting a couple more days, I still heard nothing back so I called AGAIN and finally got an answer and my appointment canceled. But this is a business and no one should have to chase any professional business for days like this. Dr. Saif is wonderful, but his staff is anything but - I have yet to have a positive experience. The last time I went, the receptionist was not only blatantly rude, she also didn't even actually check me in properly causing me to wait almost 2 hours to see Dr. Saif who had no idea I was there, thanks to her.

I wish to thank all of the wonderful staff that work in that office, the ladies that work there have a tremendous work load to track appointments and look after the scheduling of multiple doctors and patients. I see negative reviews by some people who obviously have never worked in that service industry that have to provide services to so many people of different cultures and appease people of all their needs as if it's a spa day. Try handling 40-50 people a day and accommodating all of their special needs from being of different cultures language barriers and so on. My wife and I have both had the privilege of being looked after by Dr. Gamal Sief who is nothing short of a miracle worker. He even responded to an emergency on Christmas Eve without even thinking about his personal family needs met up with my son at the hospital and looked after him within minutes of receiving the call, that my friends speaks volumes to his dedication to his patients. I must also thank Tareal, Stephanie Stacey and Sue and I'm sorry that I never met the rest of the staff personally but these ladies looked after us like we were family. In closing I would say that in an over crowding system in this profession they all perform to their best abilities. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend this office for services....especially Dr. Seif. Thank You all.

While my experience with Dr Bindlish was good, everything else was completely unacceptable. They told me to wait in my vehicle, which I did, and they didn't come for me after 30 minutes. I went up to the door, knocked, and they didn't even notice I was there. So I went back to my car, waited another 10 minutes and went back. When I knocked this time... the most disrespectful woman I have ever met opened the door and said "did you wait in your vehicle?" I said yes. She said "did you knock before and I didn't see you?" I said a bit more firmly "yes." Then she retorted, "OK, calm down!" All of this with the most disrespectful, condescending, and unprofessional tone. In the end, I sat in my vehicle and in the waiting room for a combined time of ONE HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES. My app't was at 9. I was finally called at 10:15. Disrespectful reception and an UNACCEPTABLE wait time. I am burning this bridge and burning the ashes. I won't be back.

If you can make it passed the team at the front desk, Dr Seif is a very nice, caring man. But could luck getting even the most common courtesy from the reception team. I called the office today to cancel an appointment for my father who recently passed away. The person who answered the phone assured me that Dad did not have an appt and in fact, he wasn't registered with them at all. With some pushing, she magically saw his name on the appointment list. Having overcome that hurdle, I told her I was cancelling because he had passed away to which she replied "oh, okay". That was followed by an uncomfortable pause as we each waiting for the other to say something. She finally said "you're welcome" and hung up. Seif, it's time for a major overhaul.
