I highly recommend ORB Eye for both eye exams and eyewear! I have been with ORB since 2017.
Dr. Desai is incredibly passionate about what he does. He took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions, explain my results, and ensure I fully understood my eye health. He's gentle, patient, and very detail-oriented during testing and evaluation.
The entire team (Kalpana, Vikas, Sandy, and Jessica) at ORB Eye is fantastic as well. They were so helpful with frame selection, measurements, and answering any questions my sister and I had.
Their eyewear collection is also amazing -- they carry designer brands like Dior, Tom Ford, Gucci, as well as plenty of stylish and affordable options to suit every budget.

I bought glasses at Orb eye care and paid over a thousand dollars. I took my glasses back just over a year later with what I believe to be defective lenses (Crazed or bubbles on blues light coating). They said the lens manufacturer didn't think it was a defect and it was past the one year warranty. The glasses are unusable. I'm upset they didn't stand up for me. They were quite happy to take my money when they sold me the glasses!!! Anyway, buyer beware!!
What does lens crazing look like?
Crazing looks like tiny cracks or fractures that can resemble spider webs on the surface of your lenses. Crazing doesn't usually penetrate the entire lens, the cracks occur in the protective coating. Because of this, crazing shouldn't affect the functionality of your glasses.

I have been a patient of Dr. Desai for many years. I am always greeted by the front desk staff upon arrival at their lovely office on Winston Park. I appreciate that my time is valued and i actually meet with Dr.Desai not long after arrival. I was even offered a beverage during the brief time i was waiting. Besides the eye tests, retinal scan and more, there is ample time to discuss my results as well as other subjects, for example eye health . I do not feel I am being rushed. I choose to buy my frames elsewhere, at a location in Toronto where i have been buying them for years. Having said that, today as bad luck would have it, my frames broke while at Costco. I drove across the street to Orb and the optician, Vikas, kindly removed the lenses and placed them in an old pair of frames that i had in my car, free of charge. I appreciated this so much . It is a great team at Orb Eye Care.

Initially, I was feeling stressed and struggling, but they patiently explained the essence of the test, which made a significant difference.
