Be careful about the lady receptionist. She was very rude and unprofessional. I am a nurse too,but she doesn't even have one quality as a health care provider. I just asked her how long more because I was getting late forwork and was waiting for more than 1.5 hrs. She started yelling at me in front of everyone. I barely controlled my emotions. I don't know how she does not know that her words are hurting people and ruining their day, when they are going through health issues and they need emotions support( which is one of health care quality). I hope she changes her behavior. God bless her

Dr Bindlish is a great surgeon my husband just had eye surgery and he did a great job recommend him to some friends but the negativity against his staff it is not true I have not had any issues with them they even accommodate the appointment to when I can come

I have recently become a patient of Dr. Bindlish. I find him to be very knowledgeable and very current with the developments in eye diseases. He is courteous and offers good advice.
You are always warmly received by Lee, the technician. Lee is an expert in his field. He has immense patience with each and everyone.
The office is pristine. The equipment is ultra modern. They do most of the regular exams right in the office which saves many a hospital visit.

Dr. Bindlish is the doctor you want to see if you need cataract surgery. Ignore any negative reviews here. He is a true professional and you will be thrilled with the results. I found his staff excellent too. My mother delayed getting the surgery as she was somewhat fearful and that added some difficulty for Dr. Bindlish. My mother now wishes she had gone in years ago!

Dr. Bindlish is a skilled eye surgeon but dealing with his office is very painful. The office does not answer the phone and does not have voice mail message set up. How can you operate a business that way? I have been trying to reschedule an appointment for 3 days but cannot speak to anyone at the office.

Dr. Bindlish is knowledgeable and his techniques are great. But one of his staff has a terrible manner to the patients, she's rude and very unprofessional when she talks to the patients. She definitely needs some mental health treatment. She yells at people and gets frustrated at work. Who gives her the fight to treat people like that? She even gave patients the expired eye drops. You have to be very watchful for yourself. I don't understand why this nice place keeps such a nasty staff. Does Dr. Bindlish ever check the patients' comments?

Dr Bindlish seems well qualified, but I too have had difficulties with a staff member I had called and left a message but received no callback. I called a week later and the person insisted she had left a message for me which was untrue. I was not well that day and got emotional when she argued with me. She then ridiculed me for being emotional.
The next time I was in I mentioned the incident to the doctor and he really didn't seem to care.
I will not be back
