Great experience at SpecSavers! The staff was friendly, the Sumayya the optometrist was thorough, and the whole appointment was quick and smooth. Highly recommend for excellent service and care.

A friend recommended this place to us, and trust me -- we had the best experience! Everyone here is incredibly friendly and helpful. I got my eyes tested, and the doctor took the time to explain everything in detail, which I really appreciated. Sumayya was amazing -- she showed us all the different varieties of glasses, suggested what would suit me best, and also explained my insurance coverage clearly. The other staff members were just as supportive and helped me pick the perfect frames. Overall, such a wonderful experience! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great service and genuine care.

I randomly picked this place because it was open on Sunday, and I thought I had a retinal tear. The optometrist Dr. Puka, was super thorough and professional, the staff was super friendly. He told me I had a viscus tear, but my retina was intact. He referred me to an ophthalmologist just to be certain. After dealing with that issue, I came back to get my new prescription and glasses. I waited until I picked up my glasses before writing a review. I have a very strong prescription, and my glasses have been suboptimal in the past, but these glasses are the best I've had in years. He took so much time during the exam to make sure we got the prescription right. I was motivated to logon and give a good review, and not to my surprise, I saw very similar reviews and a 5 star rating. They don't need my review, but this experience was so good, and I'm so happy with my new glasses, I had to take the time to leave one. Excellence is difficult to find these days. Keep up the great work!

I recently visited Specsavers in Oakville (Dorval crossing) to have my eyes checked, and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and made the eye test really easy and comfortable. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt well looked after from start to finish. I ended up buying 2 new pair of glasses, and I'm really happy with them, great quality, great fit, and great value. the whole process was quick and stress-free. Overall, a fantastic experience. I'll definitely be returning and would highly recommend Specsavers to anyone needing an eye test or new glasses!

My frame from another optometrist kept breaking, fixed it there twice but wasn't entirely happy with the quality, so today stopped by this location at SpecSavers. They fixed my frame, and it finally feels really sturdy. Very polite and friendly staff, excellent selection of frames, so I am definitely coming here next time I'm due for my new pair of glasses! Thank you!!!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Lisjen Puka. He was extremely professional and performed a very thorough and detailed eye examination. I truly felt that I was in the hands of a knowledgeable and highly skilled expert. The eye clinic itself was very comfortable, and the entire team was incredibly welcoming I genuinely felt the warmth from the moment I walked in. A special thanks to Sumayya, the optician, who was very helpful and answered all my questions with great patience and kindness. Another staff member also assisted me in choosing my glasses, and I couldn't be happier with my selection. Overall, it was a wonderful visit, and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent eye care.

Dhyani was excellent from Beginning to end. Her calm professional demeanour is exceptional! A definite added Additional to any business! She goes out of her way to make each customer feel important. She and all the staff provided VIP service not only for me but my mother and husband. So pleased with my new glasses the quality is above average. They have so many to choose from and brand names also! I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for new prescription glasses or sunglasses I will definitely be recommending this location to my friends and family!

My experience with Specsavers was a very positive one. I was so very impressed with Dr Puka who did my eye test, he was knowledgeable, skilled & very thorough. The employees were so helpful & helped me choose the best glasses for me. I truly wouldn't go anywhere else for eye test or glasses, I've been to many Opticals over the years for eye tests & glasses & they do not compare to Specsavers.
