This eyewear store exceeded my expectations! The environment is clean, modern, and well-organized. The staff is extremely professional and friendly, patiently answering all my questions and offering helpful suggestions. The eye exam equipment is state-of-the-art, and the process was smooth and efficient. When choosing frames, the staff provided great recommendations based on my face shape and needs. The lens quality is excellent, and they are very comfortable to wear. Prices are also very reasonable. Overall, I had an outstanding experience, and I will definitely be returning in the future. I went in to book an eye exam but left feeling ignored and uncomfortable. After a brief greeting, I waited nearly 10 minutes without any help, while the front desk lady wearing glasses focused mainly on assisting Chinese speaking customers.
A customer who arrived after me was helped sooner, seemingly because they spoke Chinese. Being surrounded by a language I didn't understand while being overlooked felt isolating and unwelcoming. I left without booking and went to another clinic instead.
Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who doesn't speak Chinese.
