I come here both for the Optometrist and for the Spa services and both are excellent. Navpreet at the spa is an exceptional skincare practitioner and has done a great job with my IPL extractions, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services. Dr. Danielle Di Pasquale Is a great optometrist. She takes care of myself and my kids, and I've been very impressed with her.

I've been to Grand River Eye Spa for a full session, and every single visit has been a wonderful experience! I had IPL hair removal on my face, and the results are absolutely beautiful! Navpreet is incredibly caring, gentle, and professional. She always takes the time to make sure I'm comfortable and informed, and her calm, kind approach makes every appointment feel relaxing and personalized. The spa offers a wide range of services - photofacials, skin tightening, and more - and everything is done with such care and attention to detail. Just came home from my second facial/massage with Navpreet at Grand River Eye Care and I am heading back in six weeks. Navpreet is friendly, professional, willing to answer any question I may have. Compliments as well to Michelle and Marina who are extremely helpful and professional in the Eye Care Department.

Technically I would rate Grand River Eye Care with a 5. They are very good at what they do. However I would rate their customer care at about a 2.5. I was the first one there, and they still made me wait. Was not impressed. for excellent eye care, they are the place to go. For customer service, they need to get over themselves.

Well, hello there all the people looking at reviews... I just wanna go on record. I'm an overweight gruff looking person with one arm and I have a hook for a hand. I also dress like a person experiencing homelessness. I am not homeless. I just look that way. I figured I would take the time to report that everybody at this place was a delight there was a lady there that was very To The point.. She kind of made me nervous, but when I mentioned she made me nervous she came over and cleared the air now makes me think the next time I go in I might have a new friend. I said it before they were delightful I highly recommend handing these people your money I know I will Again. Ok bye

Grand River Eye Care has been providing me with exceptional eye care for many years and I would recommend them to anyone. They are extremely professional, organized and ensure that all of your needs are met. When you leave the office after your appointment is over you feel very confident that you have received the best care and advice possible! I had an urgent eye problem and I didn't want to get stuck waiting forever in the ED only to be told to come back the next day to see an ophthalmologist. Grand River Eye Care was able to fit me in with a same day appointment with Dr. DiPasquale who quickly diagnosed my issue and prescribed some eye drops. I am so grateful for the staff at the front desk especially Heather who are consummate professionals.

This clinic is perhaps one of a few in Waterloo region where you're greeted with warm and smiling faces. The entire staff work with you to make sure all your needs are met. I initially went for dry eye treatment, which was very effective, and have decided to remain with the clinic for all my eye care needs. The medispa is amazing as well.
