The service was very welcoming and the staff is knowledgeable and convincing for the product and services they offer. Would recommend friends and family for sure. One thing I would like to see some branded frames in the store which was missing. They had their own Brand, but should have an option for different brands too . Overall happy with the service.

I have mixed feelings about my experience. The staff was accommodating, and the eye doctor was very kind and thorough, explaining the entire process and carefully conducting the exams to ensure nothing was missed. She also reviewed some of the tests and went over the results with me, which I really appreciated. However, the part that felt lacking was the follow-up on my order. I was told that the waiting time for my two pairs of glasses would be a maximum of three weeks--one regular pair and one with a blue filter. I patiently waited for three weeks without any updates. During the fourth week, I called but didn't get an answer, and later received a text saying my order was ready for pickup. When I went in, I was told that only the regular pair had arrived from the warehouse and that the blue filter pair had been incorrectly ordered. I was advised it would be ready the following week, but that didn't happen. Finally, I was notified the week after that that my second pair was ready. I understand that mistakes can happen, but it would have been helpful to be informed along the way rather than being left in the dark and waiting.

They took the time to walk me through every step -- from the eye test to helping me choose the perfect pair of glasses. Their professionalism and friendliness really stood out. The selection of frames was fantastic, and the team made sure I found something that suited my face shape and budget. The glasses I picked are super comfortable, stylish, and the lens quality is excellent. I can already feel the difference in my vision. Amazing, amazing, amazing! My friend recommended me Specsavers due to the incredible sale that was going on where you buy one pair and get the second free. I walked in and they were immediately available to help and the lady at the front gave me a box to save the glasses I had liked for future purchase. The staff were able to get me in the same day for an eye exam and the process was incredibly smooth. I have never received such amazing service from a store like this and I will continue to recommend it to everyone I know that needs glasses or even just an eye exam. Thank you so much!!

I paid for trial contact lenses expecting to try different options. Initially, I felt a bit pushed toward one recommended brand and, as a first-time lens user, I didn't feel fully guided. However, after sharing my feedback, the store manager addressed my concerns professionally. I appreciate their follow-up and willingness to improve the experience. Overall, good service, and I'm updating my rating based on their response.

I bought a pair of glasses at Spec Saver from Jasmine back in 2023 and the initial experience was wonderful. It has now been over 2 years and Jasmine STILL remembers my name everytime that I go in to browse. VERY IMPRESSIVE. The glasses that I purchased were unfortunately damaged and one of the arms broke off. I went in and Jasmine did a repair for me no sweat no questions asked. I will definitely be buying my next pair of glasses from this location.

Very bad experience here, purchased safety glasses under a year ago and the frame broke. Thought this wouldn't be a problem but we were told that they don't provide warranty on safety glasses. Thinking that this was strange we called another spec savers and was told that absolutely there is warranty. Don't go here! Terrible customer service with a condescending attitude from the staff.

Since August, I meet with my old doctor, Chris Sudyroski who was very kind and welcomed me with open arms. My eyes were checked out and needing new prescription, and I need a change of look which I met with Jackie or Jacqueline who answered most of my questions and even complimented about the new look. I love the team very much, especially with the positivity. I recommend to anyone who need new frames in your budget
