I had an amazing experience at Waterloo Eye Institute! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist Jenny made me feel welcome -- she was warm, helpful, and super friendly. My eye exam was with Dr. Yuman, who was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process comfortable and stress-free. The clinic is clean, professional, and very well organized. I genuinely felt cared for throughout my visit. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent eye care!

My husband and I have been using the Waterloo Eye Institute for at least 7 years as our primary eye care specialists and optometrist and, my favorite, opticians. Colin L. works with students in the Optical Dispensary to provide excellent help not only helping you choose the right frames but taking care to ensure they they meet all your needs. I especially love the wide range of frames they carry. I've worn glasses or contacts most of my life and appreciate all their care.

I wish they would actually listen. They keep telling me they're going to charge me for my son's appointment when I have renewed his health card already. I'm still waiting for the card and they said to use the old card till it comes in. I asked them if it was a new version code. They said no everything is the same. So why are you consistently saying you're still charging me $120 for his upcoming appointment??? You're greedy people who don't know how to do your jobs properly. I am following the governments instructions to continue to have OHIP access for my son. And he's been to the normal doctor, so how can I take him there no problem but YOU can't seem to figure it out. This is pure laziness and stupidity

I get my eue examinations at this clinic. The students are amazing to study my eyes in depth for their understanding and at the same time my eyes are getting tested better. Keep this approach of practical learning while serving public at the same time. I highly recommend this clinic.

We attended the clinic with our son, we were a bit worried because he previously had negative experiences at the doctor's office but the doctors at the Clinic were amazing! Patient, understanding, ready to try something else to help him. The quality of care was also excellent, and so was the customer care when I called to book the appointment! I cannot recommend the clinic more!

This place feels like a scam. Paid 200$ for an assessment to only be told they cannot accommodate my daughter's needs. Was given a referral for a different vision therapy clinic in Waterloo that now wants an additional 200$ for an assessment we have already done.

It was great and very professional. I was even taken in early. I was treated with respect and a true source of professional practices and very non treating language. The responses and information was at a level that I could understand. Any questions I had were treated with respect and with very professional and with great explanations. I never had such a professional and extensive tests and therefore it left me feeling like this was the BEST examination I ever had for my eyes. Understanding me with my limited financial examination was a plus. I give you folks from the students to the instructors a Trippel AAA rating. The best. Plus I will recommend anyone to go to you folks for your very professional service with your kind and gentle service. I used a walker and the attendant also kept asking if I was OK and opened the doors for me. Thank you again. Gerard Dietrich
