I have been meeting with Dr Fitzpatrick since 2019. I was moving from London to Kitchener and was referred to him after I had PRK surgery in 2018. He is amazing at what he does and he's always available to see me even outside of the 2 year cycle. He takes his time to explain the plan for the check up and always asks if I have follow up questions. I appreciate him and the team at the Waterloo office.

We never feel rushed, but always cared for. It is clear the entire staff puts patients first, from reception to the entire support staff. Monica was also super helpful in selecting and measuring glasses for a perfect fit. Wish incould give 6 stars!

If you're looking for an optometrist, Dr. Beaton is an amazing practitioner. She has a kind and caring demeanour, took the time to ask about my concerns, and genuinely listened as I explained them. Throughout the check-up, she checked in often and welcomed any questions I had about her observations. I never felt rushed.
My current eye drops have been stinging, and she not only provided me with a couple of samples to try but also invited me to contact the office to let her know how they work out. This is exceptional care, and I highly recommend this practice.
