America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Affordable (exam + 2 glasses) deal got me in the door for first eye exam in 15 years. Kudos to Becca and Alex and Dr Yamamoto for helping resolve issues with first glasses. Pro tip - if you are ordering single vision glasses under the deal, and your RX has an "add" value, consider requesting that one pair be single vision reader glasses, and depending on your needs, have the second be distance or intermediate/computer distance. They didn't ask me, which is the reason I needed to ask the original order to be re-made. But frankly, two pairs of glasses and an exam for $95 was a great deal and I am happy with the result.

I had a great experience at America's Best, especially thanks to Patients. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. Customer service like hers really makes a difference. I truly appreciate her help and would definitely recommend this location because of her.

The staff at America's Best is so helpful. Holly sized my frames and lenses and I had a thoroughly good time. Nice people, good work. After I had an issue with the bifocals, they (esp. Katy) stepped up and fixed it. I adore this staff! They're all just great!

Katy is the best manager there absolutely love her customer service!! She helped me with my glasses for two times that I was being difficult because I just could not see correctly and she also helped my daughter. Fix her eyeglasses because they kept falling down.

So the reason for the 3. First when I got to my appointment I told the asst. manager that I thought it was a little excessive to receive texts and emails multiple times a day regarding my appointment. I can see calling ONE day before but to get texts up to 5 times a day and emails the same reminding me of my appointment. She didn't care and you could see it. I then had my appointment and the rest of the experience was great. Glasses are done and I go pick them up and they are adjusted but not nearly enough and had to come back with in 2 days to get them readjusted. I have been wearing glasses for 30 years I know how I like my glasses to fit however the young woman helping said she didn't want me to have a headache. I would rather have a headache vs then falling off my face I told her. We are now a week in and I will be going back a 3rd time because it's still not adjusted correctly on one side. I normally don't get my glasses filled at America's Best because they can't or won't adjust them properly to fit me. For budget reasons I thought I would give them another try. I'm hoping 3rd time is the charm and I won't have to keep going back.

-1 star actually.. i have never been treated so poorly at a place of business as i was today . i have been coming here for years and first off shout-out to HOLLY she's fantastic, but the manager Katy, she is really a horrible person. she embarrassed me in front of other patrons and her employees. i went to pick up my contacts that were in, and yes, they sat there for a month unfortunately i sprained my neck and could not drive , also i had to put down my beloved pet. i clearly forgot about picking them up for a bit. Katy told me you or someone else picked them up, i assured her that on the day after my dog passed i did not come in and pick them up ..i wont go into to details of all the awful things she said but the one thing she said that was so loud and mean is.. in between all the "things " you were going through you couldn't pick up the phone to call us?... i did get emotional, did not yell and i said you couldn't call and remind me ? and she told me i will not talk to her that way she does not have to help me and i could walk that door. Now i know losing a pet to some people is not as big of a deal but it was to me and i grieved for a month sorry i wasn't thinking about my contacts. I'm in shock ,still replaying all the things she said and i left in tears. who treats people like that? I will never be back, as long as she is there and will be doing everything i can to spread the word . I'm a manager as well and i would never treat anyone that horribly in front of people for one, and as a manager if we were in the wrong i would make right with the customer. This is also my first negative review EVER it takes ALOT for me to go this far and making sure she does not get away with speaking to anyone like this.

I had to go back 3 times to get them corrected and they were less than pleasant with that. And the frames are now a little warped, but at least I can still see. Also when I initially picked up my glasses, they had told me they can clean up and buff out scratches. I recently called to see when I could bring them in to do that and they told me they don't do that. I'm sure I'll receive an automated response to contact corporate. Will do.

Becca is amazing. I needed a warranty repair on a pair of glasses I had bought from another location less than a year ago and she handled everything perfectly. I will definitely be coming back to this location in the near future for another pair of glasses. Great service at this location.
