New patient as of this last month and had a terrific experience. Very friendly and thoughtful process for my appointment. Did a great job providing the level of service that I needed and getting my correct prescription filled for my corrective lenses. Turnaround time on corrective lenses delivery was also very timely (within a few business days) and great communication and text alerts from the organization. Highly recommend and I anticipate being a future patient in the coming years and likely to have my family start scheduling their appointments here as well.

Dr Mike takes time to explain things and is an extremely thorough eye doc. Both my husband and I see him and highly recommend. They also have a great selection of frames and can help you choose the right one for your prescription and face.

Dr. Klautzsch is great and very thorough. The staff is excellent and helpful and the appointments are very efficient - on time with little if any waiting. Highly recommend!

The front desk was incredibly helpful answered all my questions and concerns and made me feel heard and well taken care of she also helped me pick out the most perfect frames for my glasses and the dr did my exam thoroughly but also put in effort to get to know me and my eyes. 10/10 experience!

Dr. Michael Klautzsch is amazing! I wear progressive glasses and contacts, and he quickly found the changes from my last exam to give me amazing new results.

They scratched both lenses of my glasses during my first & last exam and wouldn't own up to the obvious fact that they were responsible for the damage. Instead of doing the right thing and replacing them they said it couldn't have been them. Super sketchy indeed.
