I from out of town and had an emergency and needed to be seen asap. They got me in faster than I expected. The team was very professional from the time I walked in the door until I was treated and walked out. Dr Bonetto was so kind and full of knowledge of my injury. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I would highly recommend this office. Pride and professionalism was overwhelming.

I have been a patient here since August 2018, so for 6 years now, and I've had nothing but excellent experiences and top notch care from everyone I've interacted with. Dr. Balcer has been my doctor here for the past couple of years and she always takes her time and answers any questions I may have. I feel that I am in great hands with her and with Bend Opthamlology in general.

Dr. Bonetto has been my eye dr. for many years. She's amazing! She saw me yesterday at the last minute for what I thought might be an eye infection, we were leaving for Cancun the next morning. She squeezed me in her busy schedule and still had time to chat and make me feel well taken care of. Highly recommend!!

Dr Stevens and the Staff at Bend Ophthalmology are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Our family has been going to this practice for years. My two young children, my wife, myself and my in-laws have consistently experienced the highest level of care with amazing results. My vision is so much better after getting the correct prescription that other ophthalmologists missed. I have referred several friends and co-workers to this practice who have been taken care of and treated like family. I would not go anywhere else.

The office is incapable of responding to a referral for possible cataract surgery even after several phone calls. I had my referral faxed to a 5 star ophthalmology office inEugene and had a call back the next morning from courteous, professional staff. Take your eye care out of Bend!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in for a check up that my insurance covered and I came back with great eyesight but have a bit of reflection issues during night driving. Nothing to crazy. So they send me across the hall to meet the Glasses guy(again I scored 20/20 in the test so I wasn't really sure why I needed to see him)He shows me some sunglasses and I show him I like the ones I have and let's hold off until I really need something. A few weeks later I received a voicemail saying my $499 dollars sunglasses are ready. So I call and ask if there was somekind of mistake. The glasses guy took my answer of "I like the ones I already have" as I'll order your $100 dollar sunglasses and change the lenses and charge you $499. I then received an invoice in the mail for $310 dollars for my visit. So I call and say I wouldn't have scheduled an appointment if my insurance didn't cover it all and what is this extra $310. I complain and they send it to collections immediately. This company is like one of those shady chiropractors places that try and manipulate the insurance system. Just go to Costco

I was just fitted for a new scleral contact lens by Nancy Bonetto, O.D. Nancy was wonderful to work with and took excellent care of my needs. I have been to the office twice and both times felt well taken care of. Bend Ophthalmology has earned by future business!

Want a run-around?? Come here!! My 'annual' exam got rescheduled 'many months' out as the doctor quit working on Fridays. OK, bad luck on my part. So, I show up for the new appointment; duly recorded on my phone and my wall calendar many months earlier, (remember that??) only to find out that someone moved it out 'another' three months. Guess who they forgot to notify? I liked my doctor, but this was the last straw for me.
