Been going to Ace real Oregon Eyecare for 10 years now. These guys are great! Very helpful and accommodating! Never once have I eve me had a problem and they always go above and beyond every year. Also, the eye scans/photos are pretty sweet!

I had an eye exam here as my prescription has changed and when my glasses came back, I had to tilt my head all the way back as far as I could, just to see my computer screen which caused a lot of laughs in my Zoom call. I called Central Oregon Eyecare about this as I would like to just look at my computer screen without tilting my head back and they said that I get ONE free adjustment if a mistake was made. After a couple of weeks they called me back and it is still the same problem, but with an increased subscription. My glasses work when I look straight down, or straight up, but NOT in the middle where I'd like to look at my screen. Due to the policy about getting ONE free adjustment (it was $900, to get them done so a free adjustment is helpful, if it works) I have no choice but to buy READERS now as my own glasses do not work. I called three times in one day to ask what number they told me my prescription was and got no answer. My first call was at 9:05, just five minutes after opening with no return call. But imagine having to buy readers because my own glasses do not work.

First time at central oregon eyecare in bend. Have to say it was a very pleasant experience. Both of the girls at reception were very helpful and sweet. Doctor and assistant were very professional and did an amazing job! Liked the overall experience so much that they are now my new eye care place to go. Thank you to all the staff you were all amazing and wonderful to work with and I thank you all so very much! Highly, highly! Recommend going to central oregon eyecare to anyone!

I went in for my annual check-up with Dr. Decker. I had a wonderful experience as usual. Everyone in that office (the gal that checks you in, the Dr.'s assistant, the person who fitted me for my glasses and of course Dr. Decker), are professional and very friendly. You might pay a little bit more for your glasses than you would at Costco, but the service is unbeatable!

The optometrist assistant that saw me to today was incredibly rude. Ushering me back like cattle "come on! I need to get going!" Waving me forward. I said "my fiance is walking in the right door now." She literally replied "I don't care! Come on! I need to start your exam!!!" She was in a horrible mood. I had a rough morning as well, so I'm not giving her grace for whatever made her treat me so poorly. She needs to be fired. There was no one in the lobby when arrived, nor while I tried on glasses, nor when I paid, so no they weren't even busy

This place is great! They have a great selection of sunglasses that I can use for my insurance expense (Maui gems and Oakley's). I also have great success with them helping return broken sunglasses (still covered under factory warranty). Also, they have great eye care, and our kids have gone there too. The staff is all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
