Elemental Eyecare

We've had a great experience at elemental eye care! It's very chill and is a comfortable environment that doesn't really feel like a doctors office or a clinical environment. The staff is very professional and friendly, and willing to work with unpredictable schedules and unusual needs. Very conveniently located on the west side of bend.

I don't write many reviews, but I was leaving the Elemental office today and I felt compelled to hop on here and write one. I've been bringing my kiddos here for... 3 years, I think?... and I just can't rave enough. Everyone in this office is kind, gentle, thoughtful, and so incredibly good at their jobs. All of the doctors are amazing and helped me understand my child's nervous system in a way that I didn't before - it actually unlocked some things for us and helped me get my child the help she needed in other areas. They are always thorough and helpful. Stacey at the front desk is always kind and considerate and helpful, and Emily in optics is so incredibly great and thoughtful. She's helped us replace multiple pairs of frames and lenses because kids are tough on glasses, and she always finds the most cost-effective way for me to do it since we don't have vision insurance. Just a fantastic spot start-to-finish. Highly recommend.

Went in today after having some eye pain for the last month that wasn't going away - the appointment was easy to schedule, the woman at the front desk Stacy was super sweet and welcoming on the phone, I saw their newest doctor, Dr Kerry? Was sweet and comfortable and made it feel like i was a long time patient, not my first time there. Last I met with Emily in the area where you pick glasses and frames, first, their selection is amazing, i was surprised how many cute frames they had and Emily was awesome, she gave honest feedback and knew so much about the fit to glasses I would've never guessed. Found a pair of sunglasses I'll be ordering and thankful to have found an eye doctor in town I feel comfortable with (this is my third try I kept just going back to my old doctor in Corvallis). Love this office and their people - definitely will recommend

Our family cound not be happier with care our children have received here. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Dr. Gabby has been wonderful. She is very experienced and knowledgeable. Dr Gabby obviously enjoys working with all ages of kids, she has seen our toddler and teenagers. We also get our childrens glasses from Elemental Eye care and have been happy with the service, especially how hard kids can be on glasses they have work with us when we needed replacements.

We saw Dr. Amanda for annual vision appointments for my family. She was great with the kids! My daughter needed vision therapy, and I've been amazed at her progress and the changes it's made for her. She looks forward to working with Jodi each week! Highly recommend Elemental Eye Care!

Very impressed with our interactions with Dr. Gabby Marshall & her staff at Elemental Eye Care! They are helpful & efficient, true teachers when it comes to understanding vision, and interact superbly with kids! It's very evident Dr. Gabby loves what she does & is motivated by her desire to help patients overcome vision obstacles.

I have a special needs son and Gabby Marshall has a special way with him. She always gets an great example for my "uncooperative" patient. The opticians are fantastic as well. Always a great fit with their high quality frames and lenses. Would recommend to anyone with a kiddo needing glasses.

The office is so clean and honestly, kind of trendy. It was really modern. The gal at the front desk, I didn't catch her name, but she was so sweet. Really good at making conversation and helping me out with my insurance and forms and whatnot. The wait was really short, maybe 15 minutes (most of which was me filling out my paperwork). I met Dr. Amanda there, she's the cutest little thing! She was so pleasant while she was testing my eyes! I asked her so many questions, she was so patient and knowledgeable about everything. She's so funny too, she has a great sense of humor. When it was time to print my RX and look at some glasses, another gal (didn't catch her name either), helped me look at some lenses. She was so cute and sweet! She was so honest too about which lenses looked good and what didn't. I really appreciated that. Overall, I am so pleased by the customer service and genuine friendliness of the office. It's easy, clean and everyone there knows what they're doing.
