Integrated Eyecare

Our family absolutely loves each individual at Integrated. We have been with their office for over 4 years now and every visit is a visit we look forward to. The kindness they always show, remembering things we told them from months ago and asking how it went. (It blew me away) We have never felt rushed during our appointment, and we have never waited more than 15 minutes for our appointments. In the office they have a coffee, hot water machine, so my kiddos enjoy apple cider and hot chocolate while we are waiting. Great selection of glasses/sunglasses (not so large that it's overwhelming). Turn around time on frames is about the same as anywhere else you would go. Most of them use the same labs, so it boils down to just picking an office that's overall fantastic. We found ours. They have accommodated us time and time again around our chaotic work life and we love and appreciate them even more than they know for that! Yall are stuck with us now. Haha

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The optical department team was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Dr. Slinger was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I would highly recommend the whole team to anyone I know.

Front desk is amazing. One of the reasons this clinic has so many high reviews, but there is a lot the doctors can work on. It only takes a second to put on gloves. Glasses that are new and have not been touched other then the frames should never be handed back to the patient like this... Finger prints were underneath the prisms as well.

Went in and had the eye exam and signed up for 2 pairs of new glasses, one was a normal set of glasses and one set of sunglasses. They ran my insurance information and gave me the bill at the end of the exam. I paid the bill and waited for my glasses to arrive. New glasses came in, I picked them up, nobody said anything about money owed, and have been wearing them for quite some time. Just got a call from them that I still owed them money, nobody ever told me that the amount I was paying could change, or maybe the number they got from insurance could have been wrong. Just a random phone call that they said I owed more money. The lack of communication is why I will not use this eye care company again. Don't think that the number they ask you to pay is the actual number you will end up owing.

I have been so impressed with professionalism and attention to detail that the entire optical team has provided during my visits to Integrated Eye Care! Highly recommend!

Dr. Taran came in on a Saturday to remove a cactus hair from inside my upper eyelid. It was infected and encapsulated scratching my cornea and causing a lot of pain. My original optometrist could not find the bugger, and E. R. could see but didn't have the tools or experience to remove it. Thank you so much! You have a new patient here

Had my annual eye exam and WOW. These guys have it dialed in. Dr. Swihart spent 30 minutes examining my eyes and providing explanations on each step. Very thorough and professional. Highly recommend this business.
