Dr Ayres and his team are amazing! The front desk and the assistant were so helpful and kind when I came in for an exam last month. Dr Ayres took so much time and care explaining my treatment options and I felt like he truly considered my health as a whole. I have seen other optometrists in town, but if given the chance, I will only recommend people to Riverbend Eyecare due to the quality of patient care. Thank you!

They are very friendly and warm with a great atmosphere.... That being said my husband bought some very expensive glasses with special coating on them that didn't even last a year which was really disappointing. It was past the warranty when we finally got time to go back in so they wouldn't do anything; but for the price I expected a higher quality and longer lasting lense. They didn't even last a full year. The special coating completely failed and he can't even see out of them now. I'd recommend saving the money and just buying cheap glasses because they appear to be the same quality.

My mom was life lighted to Bend after a major medical emergency. During the incident, her glasses got extremely bent out of place and she was unable to use them. I called and spoke to Chris at the front desk, explained my predicament, and asked if there was any way they could fix them, we were happy to pay the price. Not only did they fix them in less than 5 minutes, they would not let us pay them, and were some of the kindest, most genuine gals. My mom is so grateful, and so am I!

I am very happy with the quality of service my daughter and I received at Riverbend Eyecare. They had a great selection of glasses and we both had very thorough exams. This is definitely my new eye care clinic. I loved the new styles of glasses they had on display, and Dr Ayers was great. His staff was very pleasant too. After being at my California optometrist's office for years, I was pleasantly surprised with the updated eye exam equipment. I called the office on Friday and left a message after hours. On Monday, they returned my call, and we were both seen on Tuesday. What great service!

I was really nervous about finding a new eye doctor upon moving to town as I have CRT contact lenses and not very many optometrists seem to know about them. The entire team at Riverbend Eyecare immediately put me at ease. Once arriving for my appointment, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr Ayers spent a remarkable amount of time with me, getting to know me and my needs. I am so excited to have found them and HIGHLY recommend their office for all of your eye care needs.

Dr. Patrick Ayers is an excellent Doctor of Optometry. Both me and my wife have been very pleased with his careful and detailed eye exams. He is very personable and gives us recommendations for needed care, such as cataract surgery, and follows up carefully. His team of technicians and his front office could not be more helpful.
