I have been getting exams by Dr Ray Hardy for many years. He is very kind and caring and always comes up with a solution perfect for you. His staff is excellent and I would never consider going any place else. If you want a knowledgeable doctor and caring staff, this is the place.

Outstanding service here ! Dr Hardy gave the best exam I've ever had using multiple tests no one else had done in the past. I don't like being over corrected and he listened to my needs and patiently found what I liked. Super clear but not too crisp .... lol. Soooo happy I came here. The staff were all wonderful and very helpful, quick with scheduling too. The secretary knew their inventory so well that she was able to recall the perfect frames for my face that was within my budget(which I bought)! These people are absolutely wonderful! Everyone spent the time to answer all of my questions. They are committed to making sure that you have all of the info you want and need to make the right choice for glasses, contacts, prescription sunglasses, everything. Dr. Hardy wants to be sure his patients have healthy eyes and knowledgeable and understanding. Also, I've never had contacts before and I wanted to try them and they were more than happy to show me how to put them in and take them out and give me specific instruction on how to do so and for the care of them; talk about patient with me! You couldn't ask for a better group of people/professionals who definitely want what is best for you in the way of your eye care and go above and beyond in helping you get that.

I had a blast here, who thought going to the optometrist would be so fun. First off, I called in the morning and they were able to get me a same day appointment. The entire process from there was efficient and quick, from new patient paperwork to picking out my glasses. I was in and out of the doctor's office to quick to count. And picking out my glasses with the ladies up front was the best part. Their expertise helped me zone in on the style I was looking for and after all that they gave me a great discount. We had a great time joking around all the while. I'd recommend Summit Family Eyecare to anyone. Can't wait to pick up my glasses when they're in and see how everyone's doing. I give them eight thumbs up.
