My wife recently had an appointment with VS. This is the second time she's told me of how unpleasant her experience was. Reception is rude and overall she felt there to be a low standard of care. She mentioned her experience to the optical department and they made a point to explain they are not affiliated with vision solutions, and also stated they receive many complaints about the Vision Solutions staff.
There are many options in Bend to choose from. I would avoid this one.

Ditto to other 1 Star. Have been patient for a few years. Called dozens of times,left voicemail, no return call or answer from vision solutions. Been 2 weeks since "fax,call" issues. No excuse. Terrible experience. Please just answer the phone or call me back so I can get in for an appointment. Very disappointed and I will take my eye business elsewhere.

This office does not answer the phone or return calls. Impossible to schedule an appt. I don't know how they are so busy when they can't be bothered to answer the phone. Disappointing. I have been an existing patient for years and will need to take my business elsewhere.
