I had such a great experience at Focus Associates! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They made the check-in process quick and easy, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Dr. Brenden was outstanding -- professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He explained everything clearly during my exam and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. It's clear he truly cares about his patients' eye health and takes pride in his work. Overall, the entire team at Focus Associates is friendly, efficient, and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality eye care!

Really nice people but the optometrists that work there couldn't even figure out that my left eye sees worse than my right with a $100+ appointment. And they have the audacity to show off all their certificates in their office, even though they mean nothing if they can't do their job properly. The appointment only took less than 5 minutes, which is nice.

I had a great experience here with an exam for contacts. I had to cancel my appointment right when I arrived (There wasn't a cancellation fee either, like most medical facilities) The front desk associate was very kind and accommodating. There was an opening the next day and I was seen by Dr. Breeden. He was great and helped me understand the issues with my eyes and the reason I needed the contacts I did. I wasn't upsold or pressured into buying contacts while I was there, and the exam prices were posted outside the office. Total exam was about 45minutes at the most. If I still live in the area I will be back in 2 years for a new prescription. Thank you! Some reviews here are out of line. Sort by NEW.

I am so grateful for the excellent customer service and time Dr. William Erkus and Tamara took help me in find the perfect contacts for me. The whole experience was pleasant and fast! A big thank you to the whole team at Focus Associates.

Huge shout out for William Erkus, Tamara, Tanner, and Stephanie for taking my medical problem seriously and getting me in for an emergency appt, and putting my mind at ease knowing they were making room for me. Tanner did a thorough preliminary exam and peripheral exam, so that Dr. Erkus was able to determine quickly what could be eliminated, and the root cause of my emergency. They didn't try to charge and treat me for possibilities, but instead pointed me in the direction of proper care, even though it wasn't with them. Trustworthy, reliable, and efficient. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Amazing customer service! The angel working the front desk was working before they opened to help get my prescription sent to another office so I could pick up contacts.

I went to focus associates on 5/6/2021 for my eye exam 159.00 and the Dr said they would place my order for my trial contacts. He told me usually they come in, in a week but with Covid it could take up to two weeks. So I was in Costco on 5/12/2021 stoped in to see if they might have come in ( not yet ) ok thank you. Then again on 5/28/2021 and the office girl looked in the computer and mumbled to herself and said I will resend ?? ( I don't think they were ordered the first time) maybe maybe not ?. So once again on 6/1/2021 stopped in still had not arrived I said it's been a month now !! Again on 6/9/2021 still haven't arrived. Finally the office person from focus called 6/14/2021 3:32 pm I said hello she said your contacts have arrived I said thank you and hung up the call was 16 seconds. Today 6/15/2021 around 2:00pm and she looked for them and then came and told me they threw them away because of all the yelling I did on the phone I said after waiting for over a month for them to come in you threw them away ?? She whispered something to the other girl in the office and then told me they threw them away and refused me service I told her I didn't yell at her the only thing I said was thank you !! And seriously how much yelling could happen in 16 seconds. The girl at the front counter is very rude and very poor customer service I asked to speak with the Dr in the office and she replied he has nothing to do with it , I said I want to talk to who is in charge she replied that's me and I'm refusing service I said someone is over you and she said yes the owner !!! So I'm not sure who that might be so I will just leave this here. Thank you Cheryl

This is the worst place ever! Even worse than America's Best. They wrote me a prescription for a particular brand and style of contacts and now I am locked into those. If I want to order colored contacts I have to pay another $30 to be refit with a different brand. Worst derive I have ever had. They nickel and dime you and their customer service sucks.
