I have been going to this practice for the past three years since 2023 It has been the most greatest experience I have had. Dr Fullmer is very knowledgeable, very kind, very patient and more then willing to answer all your questions, The staff is very friendly, fun to talk to and are also very kind and patient. The optical dept has been excellent to work with, very thorough in the care of how the glasses look and fit. The reception desk, they have been very professional and easy to communicate. I can go on and on. It is the best place to come and know you are well care for, heard, no matter what your story is, no jugemeent, only great service. Thank you Dr Fullmer and staff you are all wonderful .

This was a great experience! Got me scheduled for surgery soon and went through the whole schedule of appointments and what to expect. Dr. Fullmer was great at showing me the eye model and exactly what he would be doing. It was awesome. I never knew much about eye anatomy. What I do know is that right now I can hardly see, but in a few days I may not even need glasses for distance! The staff at this office were all very friendly and I only had very short wait time when one person left me and the next came in. Everyone we so happy to answer all my questions. i can hardly wait for my next visit!

Could have let me know ahead about a refraction charge which is higher than the norm and no RX was even needed fortunately. Maybe checkout could at least smile when informing me of an unexpected charge! Other than that. Exam good!

Our years of going to Cascade Eye Center have been great. Dr Rod Levitt is the best in the WEST....we always feel well taken care of by he and his great staff.

I would like to say great place to go, but after waiting for several months to clear up a billing issue, I received a phone call that was more interested in collecting debt, than investigating my issue. My issue is having to file a complaint with the Oregon State agency for insurance fraud and billing practices. I went for a check-up, along with my wife and son, who were also seen after a 6-month WAITING list. On the day of the appointment I was told I had a co-payment of $50, which was fine, but then told an additional $30 charge for the difference in insurance didn't pay = $80!? I requested a breakdown and waited for my insurance billing first, before asking them for a breakdown of services rendered. In the past 10 years of going to get a routine eye examination in getting glasses from ANY optometrist before coming here, I have always had most everything covered by insurance, and looking at what was billed to my insurance of cost of services on that 1 visit, I used the entire maximum limit of what insurance allowed. I ended up purchasing all of our glasses by ordering them for each of us off the internet, because of the extra costs they charged vs 3 pairs of glasses with special coatings cost me $100 on-line! After yesterday's phone call, I'll wait until the investigation is done, and if this becomes a class action suit or insurance fraud, it remains to be seen.

Can't thank the staff enough for the amazing customer service. They were knowledgeable, patient, accommodating and kind.

I have been seeing Dr Fullmer for the past couple years now and he gives the best eye exam ever. He explains things thoroughly and very patient while answering questions you may have and always gives you options. I'm so glad he's young and won't be retiring soon.

I've been going to cascade for the last couple years. Dr. Guymon and his staff always listen to my concerns and answer my questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. My mother recently had cataract surgery with Dr. Fullmer and he was so kind and willing to answer her litany of questions. Being a member of the deaf community her eyesight is so important to her, it's the only way she can communicate. Since then she says she can see the world brighter and clearer. I will always be Thankful for the care we received.
