First time here and the office is absolutely comfortable and very modern. The staff are great, friendly and very detailed as they explain things. Dr. Barrett Napier Is Fantastic! He is thorough & kind Jenna & Chelsea are Great ~ they both Took their time explaining things to me and are patient too! I'm So Happy I Found this Optometry Office in Grants Pass

I don't remember the gal that originally took me back and started my exam, and I was blind without my glasses during the majority of the time I spent with her so I don't think I was able to read her name tag..BUT she was great!! From there, April took great care of me, answered all of my questions, and was super knowledgeable! Jill helped me pick the perfect frames (on the first try!), and Brenna made the fitting and checkout process painless and fun! The atmosphere was super relaxed, fun, and professional! 10/10 would recommend!

Everything about my appointment was excellent. It's a very comfortable waiting room. The staff was polite, welcoming and informative. Dr April Napier carefully explained everything that was being done, and the results were explained to the point where I could understand them. Today was my first time at central eyes optometry. The entire staff was considerate, helpful and beyond considerate during each encounter, required for my needs today. The doctor and staff were the best. Doctor make me feel at ease about my eyes. He .ade me feel good instead of just giving me figures. Dr B explained everything and what to expect with my eyes. Staff was honest in helping me choose glasses. This is the eye doctor you want.

Doctor April Napier and the Central Eyes team members took very good care of me when I came for my first eye exam with them. Emma greeted me and did the initial check-in and pre-screening. The Octomap results revealed a hole in my retina and when I was examined by doctor April N she asked a variety of questions to help uncover additional details hoping to determine when and possibly how the hole in my retina occurred. Dr. A Napier quietly and calmly told me extra details about about what it meant to have a hole in my retina. Dr. Napier told the assistant to see if they could get an appointment for me with a retina care specialist before I left their office. They provided my prescription and noted a slight change in my vision. They also had eye drops and salve for dry eyes conditions available. Before I left their office, the assistant, true to form, called and arranged an appointment with Retina Eye Care that same day. The call resulted in the offer of an an appointment with Retina Eye Care as soon as I left Central Eyes Optometry. I drove right to the Retina Eye Care office, and an hour later, Dr. Lisa ended up doing laser treatments to secure my retina and ensure my vision was not adversely impacted by the retinal hole. I am tremendously grateful that Emma, Dr. April Napier and the entire CEO team were such skilled professionals who found this issue and got me lined out with the Retina Eye Care office. Everyone I dealt with at their office was professional, friendly, polite, kind, and very helpful without hovering. I loved the doctor, that examined my eyes, personality. They have a wonderful selection of glass frames to choose from and the young lady that helped me was great and informed. I would add that the dr. was on the ball and e en referred me to a specialist to help with the TED I have suffered with since the 90's when diagnosed with Graves Disease. Thank you all so much.

This was my first visit here & I am so happy I chose them! From the minute I walked in the door all I saw was smiling faces. Each & every employee I came into contact was over the top so nice & professional. I highly recommend this eye establishment. I give them 5 stars x 20!!!!
