From check in to check out, this was a great experience. The ladies at the front desk were kind and helpful with paperwork. Dr. Richardson is super friendly and down to earth. The eye exam process was great! I got the best glasses prescription I've ever had. The opticians were super helpful in finding me a frame that fit my face shape and style. They have a huge glasses selection. They were also able to get me a contact lens prescription and trial contacts the same day of my appointment! I would definitely recommend them!

I do not have experience with eye issues except for what the hubs deals with and now my daughters issues. I started taking her there in July of 2025. She has an extreme fear of doctors or any medical type facility including veterinarian offices. I was worried for her and even gave them a heads up phone call before arriving for our first visit there. Everyone there were absolutely understanding and did so well with her she has no issues at all going back for things pertaining to her glasses and the recheck. They were very helpful with me as well making sure I understood what they were talking about. If you have a child that has issues like mine does I highly recommend them! It has been a very professional and fun experience each time we have gone in there. I am so thankful and appreciative for the experience we have had with them!

I received a text that my glasses were ready so I drove 30 miles (one way) to pick them up the same day, only to find they closed an hour early that day. Their text to come in did not indicate an early closure. Very poor communication and customer service.

Terribly rude! I will not be bringing my child back here. Completely Unprofessional! I have had several different unpleasant experiences with the people in this office. I should have went elsewhere a long time ago. It is not okay to treat people like you do.

I am a repeat customer with Dr Matt Richardson. I first visited for progressive lenses and recently returned for a pair of prescription sunglasses. What first impressed me so much was Dr Matt's state-of-the-art testing equipment (and because of that, I did get a perfect prescription). But, beyond that, the service at the office is incomparable. Becky, who helps to choose the glasses, is a treasure with such genuine patience. I have been back several times for adjustments and she has always been welcoming and helpful. The receptionists, too, are always there with a smile and always so friendly on the phone. I recommend this office wholeheartedly!
