I have been going to eye care group for many years. My regular eye doctor left and I have a new doctor. He's very nice. Everyone there is very nice and professional. I would have given 5 stars but I don't like how they charge you $40.00 for a test you don't want. Before it was a option. Now you Have to have it?? I also like how you can order your glasses right there. I don't know her name but the lady who helps me is Great!! Being a Libra I can never make up my mind on what color frames and she helps me and we end up laughing . Thanks to all the employees at Eye Care Group!!

Thank you so much DR vidlak and staff always number one in eye care have had many metal /glass/ aluminum chips in my eyes that needed professional removal I couldn't recommend any other office then theirs! Exceptional experience at my first appointment yesterday. Really impressed w Dr. Vidlak (and all of the staff, too!). Dr Vidlak immediately understood what my issue was and put me in the correct contacts to remedy it. He was pleasant, engaging, and knowledgeable. I wish I had found his office sooner--I saw a different eye doctor earlier this year in Medford at the medical eye center who seemed dismissive of my concerns and offered no solution. Such a better experience w Dr Vidlak !

Tried other places for exam and glasses as my eyesight changed as I aged. ECG of SO worked with me to get glasses that work for me and are comfortable. My glasses were knocked off my face by a steel bar. The lens popped out, frames went flying and neither had a scratch or crack. Popped the len back in, cleaned them up and still using them. I ended up having 5 stitches in my eyebrow.

I love everything about this place. I have been a patient for 11 years, and will continue to be. The entire staff is warm and welcoming. Their exams are thorough, and when it comes to the bill, everything is explained before you get to the counter to pay, so no surprises.

I absolutely love my son's doctor. He is amazing. That being said, my son was told he would get glasses asap because they were broken. TWO SEPARATE CALLS LATER stating they accidentally broke the lenses or cut them incorrectly, it truly unprofessional and just sad for my son. If someone keeps messing up at their job, their are replaced, but because we continue to count on this same person, my son is out walking around with broken glasses. This is over a MONTH for new glasses! Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I have been waiting six weeks for my glasses. I call every week to check in to see if they're ready and I always get the same answer. They tell me if they pass inspection they will be ready next week. This has been going on for far too long. I am thinking about asking for my money back and just going to Costco.
